I went out with my friend last night heheh
Anyway, kind of an early update because I won't be home in a couple hours :)

My head was absolutely hammering into my skull when I woke up. I really wanted to go bang my head somewhere to relieve it of the pain. My area behind my eyes hurt like a bitch and all I could do was cry. I noticed my pack of Advil on the table and I didn't even think before grabbing two and popping them in. I laid back down and tried to get some more sleep in.
I woke up and hour later and my head was still killing me but it was much more manageable. My gag reflux was being tipped off the second I woke up. I ran to my washroom and didn't even bother turning on the lights. A little light seeped into the washroom because of the sunlight peeking in through the curtains. I kneeled on the ground and threw up into the toilet. I washed my mouth and brushed my teeth without putting too much pressure or moving too fast. I took a nice warm shower which helped a little.
Going downstairs I noticed that whatever I had pulled out yesterday was put back in. Did I really drunkenly keep everything in its place? I'm not that neat. I grabbed a granola bar I had stashed in a cabinet. I was beyond lazy to do any work today but unfortunately I did have a shoot. I called Andrew to see if I could negotiate with him.
"Hi Alexandria. What is it?" He asked.
"Do me a favour and please don't scream. Can I do today's shoot tomorrow?" I asked.
"I won't scream but, if we delay the shoot by a day, we delay editing by a day, we delay production by a day hence we can't post it. Either you do it today or drop the whole thing," He said. Thankfully he didn't scream. I just sighed. I don't think I'll make it through this shoot but I literally don't have a way out of this.
I decided I had to ride out this hangover and that was the only way I could do this. I went back to bed and set an alarm for two hours before I was expected on set, which was at 2.
I woke up at 12 and I definitely felt so much more better. The pain had subsided quite a lot. I got into my car and stopped by the cafe to get a coffee. I sipped the drink as I went to the studio. Obviously I still looked like I'd walked through hell and back. Once I sat down for hair and makeup people went ballistic over everything. I kept my eyes shut mainly because the lights in front of me were so strong it was increasing the already painful headache.
"Are you okay?" One of the makeup artist asked.
"Somewhat. I have a killer headache right now," I chuckled, holding my head. I had been sprayed down with setting spray, calm down beauty guru.
"Ouch. That sucks. Well your dress doesn't weigh two ton today so you can relax with that," she said and I chuckled.
"Isn't that a relief?" I said. As she said the dress wasn't two tons. It was a much lighter jumpsuit and it was paired with some high heels. The lights in the set were blinding me and my head started throb. I just blinked rapidly to rid it of the tears.
"Oi miss are you alright?" Cameron asked.
"Yeah yeah. Just a little headache," I waved my hand nonchalantly. We started the shoot and it was going horribly for me. I was biting down on my tongue to stop myself from crying from all the pain.
I paused.
Suddenly a slow burn started down on my chest. I took a deep breath and continued.
"Do you need a break, Alex?" Cameron asked.
"I... I'm okay Cam," I gave him a small smile. As we continued the shoot, the burning travelled up my throat. I put my hand out and Cameron peaked out from behind the camera.
