Since announcing her pregnancy, Jane, has desk duty for the rest of her pregnancy.

Maura is glad that Jane is no longer in jail as she thinks. Jane has two more months of her pregnancy to go.

Maura is called out for a special assignment by the governor which she cannot get out of and knows better than to ask the governor.
Maura leaves for Florida and is expected to stay three weeks there to train their examiner in specialized forensics. The training is going well for the first two and half weeks. She Skypes Jane every night and speaks constantly with Angela and Hope. Hope  moved into the guest house while Maura is gone. Jane and Maura figured Hope would be the best if any complications arose, since she was a doctor. This gave Jane more time to get to know her mother in law to be. Angela goes over everyday to check on her baby girl and bring meals that Hope only has to warm up if Hope is not up to cooking.
Hope and Angela are getting closer as well and enjoy their conversations of mother hood. Once in awhile Angela will bring  up embarrassing childhood stories.  At times,  Hope would get sad because she missed out on so many years with Maura.

Jane returned home from work exhausted.  The boring desk work, missing Maura and being pregnant was taking its toll on her mentally and physically.  Jane asked her mom to stop telling Hope childhood stories because she could see this was depressing Hope. Angela didn't realize that and apologized to Hope. Hope thanked her and went to bed for the evening after dinner and checking on Jane. Maura hooked up intercom system between the two places that was voice activated if Jane needed Hope. Angela was still downstairs cleaning up and doing Jane's laundry.
Jane skyped Maura and explain to her that she is noticing her mom getting more quiet each day. Jane had an idea but needed Maura's input before she addressed it with Hope.  Hope and Maura were similar in so many ways. Jane thought Hope might enjoy planning their wedding after two or three months after their baby Boy Henry Isaiah Rizzoli- Isles was born. Maura agreed and thanked her for her thoughtfulness and willingness to have Hope do the main planning of the wedding.  They said there good byes smooching from afar.  Jane got up to use the restroom and went downstairs to get some juice.  She noticed Angela fell asleep on the couch. She woke up her ma and told her she would give her some of Maura's pjs and she could sleep in their bed. Jane didn't want her ma to wake up with a bad aching back. She called korsak while her ma was changing to inform him she was spending the night. Korsak was delighted to hear that, since he and Frost caught a late night homicide and he doesn't like Angela being alone at night. Jane handed her Ma the cell. Ma Korsak wants to talk to you. Ma when you are done, please place my cell on the charger. Jane fell asleep before Angela was done speaking with korsak.

Jane's alarm went off at six.  Jane got her fat self up as she referred to herself and got ready for work.  Hope was already downstairs with Angela having breakfast.  Jane said Ma I cannot find my cell where did you leave it.  Angela handed her her cell and sa. Your captain wants you to stay home this week because there is a nasty bug going around and they even closed the Daily Robber to hope to stop it from spreading. Ma really desk duty and now no work for a week. Angela said yeah Cavanaugh got some of the guys to cheap in a week worth of vacation time for you. They all felt even though you been on desk duty, you are helping them solve more cases and they are closing quicker too.
Jane drank her juice, took her morning pills and sausage home made biscuit and gravy.  Hope agreed no one would tell Maura.  Jane said speaking of Maura. Hope Maura and I decided that we hope you will accept our offer in planning our wedding.  You will receive minimal input from me because I want Maura to have the wedding she wants and you two have similar tastes so I know it will be beautiful. Ma don't worry you are in charge of the cooking because we know if we even had it catered like Constance wants it, the food still wouldn't have the same taste that Maura and I love. Maura has already spoken to Constance.  Constance still wants to pick up the food and beverage costs. The only things Maura and I will be paying for our outfits, honeymoon and the cake. Hope said no Jane it would be my honor to pay for the cake and other desserts.  Angela said than the last cost is the flowers.  Jane said nope, the only thing Hope has to decide on the color and flowers.  Patty told Maura the other night that he is paying for it and having O'Reilly florist to make all the arrangements. Hope hugged Jane thank you for including me in the wedding and having a big part of it.

Jane went upstairs and got out of her work clothes and went to her art studio to finish working on a painting of her and Maura when they went to Venice one year. Maura always loved that photo. Jane figured this would be her wedding gift to her bride. Jane had a few touches to it before it was completed. Jane finished it two hours later.

Jane stood up and she started having pains. She called out for Hope and her Ma. They both came running and helped her to her bed. After examining her,  Hope reassured she was doing well that she was just having braxton pains which feel like she is in real labor.  Angela went and got her a cold compress and some lotion.  Angela returned and massaged her feet and calfs because they're killing her.

Hope was still in the cottage telling Maura she needs to return today and meet them at the hospital. Hope had already reserved a town car to take Maura to the airport where Constance had her plane at waiting for her.  Hope had contacted the governor and informed him that she knew a doctor who could finish the rest of the training so the doctors and technicians could be certified.
At times like this, she is glad Hope is,a well renowned doctor and has many qualified friends who can assist or take over when needed. Hope told Maura DONT worry..Angela is massaging her so Jane won't be in so much pain. Angela had learned reflexology and was aware Jane was in the beginning stages of labor.  Dr. Sand was already at the hospital with her team.  Jane won't know til she gets there.  Jane had a scheduled check up with  Dr. Sands at the hospital. Dr. Sands always had the last few appointments at the hospital as a precaution.  This was one of the reasons she was highly respected in her field.
Jane was actually going into labor early but Hope lied because she didn't want to freak out Jane.

Angela had already placed the car seat and bag in the trunk of Hopes Mercedes without Jane's knowledge. Jane got ready for her three o'clock appt with Dr. Sands.  Maura and Constance had already landed and were twenty minutes away from the hospital.

The governor made arrangements with Cavanaugh to have a police escort to alleviate any traffic problems.

Jane arrived at the hospital to meet with Dr. Sands. Dr. Sand examines Jane.  Jane when you took a shower this morning your water broke, but you didn't realize it. You are going to have your baby Henry today.  Jane said no I cannot  without Maura. Please call Maura to come home. Dr. Sands Maura won't make it in time for the birth of our son.  I cannot have the baby without her. Maura enters the room, babe you can and will have our son today.  Dr. Sands and her team gave them a few minutes alone. Maura how did you get here so quickly? Babe Hope called me after examining you. Hope made arrangements to have someone finish the training so they can get certified.  Constance was already in Florida meeting with some friends at the country club. Constance and I were going to have dinner tonight but Angela called her to tell her you were in labor. Constance met me at the airport and we came here directly. The governor and Cavanaugh made sure we had a police escort to alleviate traffic problems. Jane pressure went up. Babe calm down its not good for you nor Henry.  Jane alot of people love us.  All of our parents are outside with our siblings.   So babe it is all up to you now for us all to meet Henry. Maura gave several kisses which assisted her in calming down.

Dr. Sand and her team reappeared.Jane are you ready for everyone to meet Henry. The solutions went fairly quickly from 3 to 9 within two hours. The last centimeter was the hardest for Jane. Maura wasn't sure if she would be doing an autopsies because Jane was squeezing the heck out of her poor hand. Henry was born and Maura got to cut the umbilical cord.

Henry had Maura's eyes and hair color but had Jane's nose and complexion.  Henry weighed 8 pounds and 21 inches  being born two months early.
