Three in the morning, the guys have been laying in Luke's living room watching movies since midnight.

Ashton had passed out, and Michael's eyes were peeled on his phone as he attempted to beat his high score on subway surfers.

"Why the fuck is Lyla not answering my texts?" Luke huffed; his eyes narrowed at the small, illuminated screen filled with hundreds of messages that remained unread.

"Calm down Luke," Calum said, "you're acting like a psycho possessive boyfriend. I thought you and Lyla are just friends."

That word cringed the blond, just friends, god how he hated it. "What? Can't I be worried about my friend?" He retorted the dark-haired male rolled his eyes, averting his gaze from the tv to scroll through social media.

"You are over-reacting just a tad bit Luke," Michael commented. "Just chillax, Lyla probably doesn't have internet or whatever."

"God! Where are they?" Luke groaned, "It's been, what? Ten hours since the girls left, and we don't know where they are."

Clearly agitated by their [Lyla's] reckless behaviour, not once has she done something like this before and the change hit Luke hard. To him, it seemed out of character yet something so in character for the girl.

After all, Lyla always talked about disappearing and running away, what if she finally went through with it? It makes sense since she took Maria with her.

"They're in L.A," Calum simply voiced.

"What?" Both Luke and Michael spoke, surprised by the new information given to them. "How do you know that?" Luke interrogated, sitting up to look at the screen of Calum's phone.

"Well not only are they hanging out with Machine Gun Kelly, but they're playing with him." Calum described, just as confused as the rest of them.

"Hold on what?" Michael said, pausing his game to pay attention to the conversation, "Did you just say that they're hanging out with Machine Gun Kelly?"

"It's L.A man, I would be surprised if they didn't run into a celebrity." Calum commented, "But yeah, look." He said, showing a video to the two boys.

There Lyla was, lost in the quick-paced drum piece of Paramore's, Misery Business. She was going insane on the instrument, feeling the music – and adrenaline – course through her veins.

Then there was Vera, doing her best to not let the anxiety get to her while she rocks out on guitar with none other than Colson Baker next to her.

"God, this looks like those god-awful fanfictions Lyla reads," Michael joked. "That's so unfair! That could be us, but no, we're here with a big possessive baby instead."

"When was this posted?" Luke asked,

"Vera posted this, like thirty minutes ago." Calum stated, "Aw, look how happy Lyla looks." He said showing the blond a photo, "Man, all her dreams have come true."

"Ugh, I can't wait for them to come back and tell us all about it," Michael smiled. "I know Maria must be ecstatic knowing her friends got to live out their dreams."

"I know right, I'm so jealous!" Calum said, clicking his tongue, "If only we started a band."

"You guys are kidding right?" Luke questioned, still angry over a lot of things. "They left, got on a plane, flew across the country, didn't respond to any of our texts, and now they're out partying with celebrities!"

His outburst left Calum and Michael speechless, they stated at the blond with fed-up eyes as they both took deep breaths in.

"Luke, I get you're upset, you have every right to be." Calum started, hoping not to fumble over his words during his speech. "But come on, you don't have to be so salty because the girl you're madly in love with did something without telling you."
