Naruto was a my favourite Manga and Anime and a masterpiece but there were problems in the plot and some of it could have made more sense and some characters were underutilized along with the plot that could've have been a little better set.

"Don't underestimate me, I'm an Uzumaki, and we always surprise the competition" says Naruto.
"Then let's see it" shouts A as he charges at Naruto and throws his fastest punch only for Naruto to disappear and reappear behind him as Naruto thinks 'With the Kyubi's power I can replicate the Harbinger Jutsu for a split second, it doesn't have as good range, I can do it repeatedly and it's not as fast but it's enough'.
"Very well, you can pass" says A.
"Thanks" says Naruto as he and Bee rush forward and things go like in Canon until;

and attacks a Zetsu as she looks at it, her eye bleeds and she shouts "Amaterasu!" as a black flame engulfs the Zetsu and Sayuri laughs manically and says "Now, I will carry on your will Onisan!" as she looks up at the ceiling and her eye bleeds and she says "Amaterasu Rajin!" as a bolt of lightning pierces the ceiling and black flames burn away the rubble and the rest of the ceiling like paper.
"Damn you" curses Zetsu as he disappears.
With Naruto, Guy, Kakashi, Tobi And The Other Jinchuriki Suddenly in a flash of light the Biju balls knocking them out of the way as Kakashi looks up and sees Minato and asks "Sensei?" but then he looks closer and it's Naruto.
"Is that Naruto?" asks Guy in surprise.
"Lets do his Kurama" says Naruto.
"Yeah" says Kurama.
Naruto then transforms into the Kyubi but then a Yellow Chakra appears on top of it like an armor and Guy asks "What's that Yellow Chakra?"
"That's Naruto's Chakra, he's using it to strengthen this form" says Kakashi.
"Are you kidding me? He has enough Chakra to coat the Kyubi in Chakra?" asks Guy astonished.
