"Because there is an upcoming Jonin Exams that I would like you all to participate in" says Tsunade.
"Jonin Exams? Coll Dattebayo!" says Naruto.
"What?!?!?! Hell yeah!" shouts Kiba.
"I will not lose, why? Because I will become a Jonin" says Shino.
"Yeah, this is going to be good! Cha!" says Sakura.
"Interesting" says Sai.
"I'll try my best" says Hinata.
"I will succeed using the power of youth!" shouts Lee.
"Can't wait" says Tenten.
"If this is for Chunin, why am I here" asks Shoma thinking back;
"'I'm at the level of any Jonin in this Village, why do I have to be a Genin" shouts Shoma.
"Because we need to show you off in the Chunin Exams to show the other villages that we've gotten stronger to deter attacks" says Tsunade.
"I'm not a weapon!" shuts Shoma.
"I know that, but Konoha is in a bad state right now so we need to show that we're still strong" says Tsunade.
"But this is humiliating" says Shoma.
"Just bear with it until we get you two more squad members" says Tsunade.
"The Genin in the academy would neve agree to join up with me and Ebisu Sensei" states Shoma.

"Fine" says Shoma begrudgingly.'"
"You want to prove you're Jonin Material, prove it in the exams" says Tsunade.
"Yes!!!!!" shouts Ino.
"Nah, It's too much of a drag" says Shikamaru.
"Yeah Shikamaru's right" says Chouji.
"Hey you guys are doing it too!" shouts Ino.
"Nope" says Shikamaru.
"Where's the Team spirit gone? Besides if you don't, then I won't be able to" says Ino.
"All Team members participating isn't mandatory but it would be better" says Tsunade.
"Nah I'm alright" says Shikamaru and Chouji in union.
"Jonins get a raise" says Tsunade.

"Shikamaru, Asuma-Sensei entrusted his king to you, how are you going to take responsibility if you're not a Jonin?" shouts Ino.
"I can do that as a Chunin" protests Shikamaru.
"You won't be able to lead the squad that she's in unless you're a Jonin" says Tsunade.
"Fine" says Shikamaru.
"They're being held in a week" says Tsunade.
"Have we ever done a Jonin Exam before? This is the first I've heard of it" says Shikamaru.
