Let me in! ( Yukio x reader )

Chapter 12. After party

"God what a night..." you say as you sit down on Yukio's bed. You, Rin, and Yukio had just settled down after having a party with your friends for Christmas and the twin's birthdays. If you were being honest the party was a disaster the cake was destroyed and the tree caught on fire but you were just happy to spend time with your friends.

"Did you have fun?" He asks while he plays with the sling holding his broken arm up. "Yeah of course I did." You give the boy a small smile which he happily returns. "It's nice to see you relax..." Yukio's eyes widen from the words coming from your mouth "what makes you say that?" You sit up and cross your legs as you lean your back against the wall "come on you know? You are a busy exorcist with the constant struggle of being the son of Satan pushing you down. Even with a broken arm, you are working your ass off! You deserve to be relaxed more than anyone Yukio!"

Your body stiffens once you realize that you probably said more than you should of. "Thank you Y/N." Yukio sounded sincere and kind which made your heart skip a beat. "H-hay! It's no problem, what are partners for I guess?" You laugh awkwardly trying to ignore the loud beat coming from your chest. The boy Chuckles helping you settle down.

"O-oh I almost forgot." You quickly jump up from Yukio's bed and pick up your bag which was messily placed onto the floor. You opened it up and pulled out a box and hand it to Yukio.

He struggled to grasp the box due to only really having one hand, he places the box on his lap and opens it up taking out the contents inside. Inside the box was a photo frame, the photo was of everyone from the Cram school before everything went to hell. Shima wasn't a traitor, Shiemi still wanted to be an exorcist, Yukio wasn't injured it was just a happier time.

Yukio stares down at the picture, his expression was hard to read. On the surface he was happy but he almost seemed mad? You decided not to say anything about it and just play it off. "So do you like it?" He smiles at you as he places the picture frame on his desk "I love it."

"Are you going to Shima's brother's wedding?" Yukio asks, you nod "yeah Shima said I was invited which is kinda weird since I haven't met his family but I'm happy to attend." You knew that you were probably only invited because you worked with Yukio but none the less you were excited.

It was an hour later you and Yukio were still in his shared dorm room. The two of you had decided to get some work done, typing away at your laptop making lesson plans, and finishing paperwork and reports. As you hit enter on your keyboard Rin burst into the room "hay Yukio!- oh Y/N you are still here?" You nod as you look up at the boy closing your laptop "wait- are you two working? After a party?!" He yells giving the two of you a look of disappointment. Rin runs a hand through his hair laughing slightly "you two love birds are crazy aren't you? But not trying to be rude and all but I really wanna sleep so could you please leave Y/N?" You nod quickly getting up and grabbing your things.

"Bye boys have a good night!" You yell as you run out of their dorm quickly making your way to your room. Rin sits at his bed giving Yukio a smirk "you love them don't you Yukio?" Rin laughs as he watched Yukio burst into a flustered state "why would you even say that! It would be very unprofessional Rin!" Rin's laughing becomes louder to the point where he almost fell out of his bed. Yukio quickly gets into his bed covering himself with the blanket. "Goodnight Rin."

"Yeah, you love them- ow!" Rin yelled in pain as he was hit by a pillow thrown by Yukio.

"Rin I said shut up!"
