Let me in! ( Yukio x reader )

Chapter 2. School Festival part 1

"Good morning!" You happily say as you knock on the door of the Okumura twins dorm. It had been a week since you started 'working' for Yukio and as expected it was a pretty difficult job, the work was easy but Yukio was a pain, first of all, he would ignore you and constantly refuse to ask for help and when he finally did give you something to do it would be something stupid like cleaning the dorms or making sure Rin didn't get into trouble. You didn't love all the small tasks but you knew you didn't have another choice.

But today was different, today was your first day of teaching, being a student, and the first day of the True Cross school festival. You were excited but nervous, excited to be around other people and work but nervous because you knew you were gonna be busy. You were snapped back into reality as the door to the boy's dorm opened, it was Rin. "Morning Y/N." Rin smiles which you happily return. "Is Yukio here?" You ask but Rin shakes his head "he left for work an hour ago." You sigh "of course he did...well thanks Rin I'll see you in class." And with that, you left.

"What are you doing?" You ask as you step into the cram school classroom. "I'm getting ready for class," Yukio says not even glancing at you. "No." You say as you sit on one of the desks "what do you mean no." the boy asks "you have work to do, the festival is today so I'll take over." Yukio looks at you for a moment before giving you a small smile "fine, good luck I'll see you at the festival." Yukio leaves giving you time to quickly plan for class.

"Are you serious?" You say while on the phone "you seriously think they have spies in here?" You walk through the crowd of students having fun at the school festival "okay ill keep an eye out ill call you if I see anything, bye." You quickly shove your phone into your pocket. As you walk through the crowd not knowing where you were going when you feel a hand on your shoulder you jump slightly but turn around and realize that it was just Yukio. "Who were you on the phone too?" He asks "oh no one it's not important." Yukio stares at you for a moment before taking your hand and leading you out of the crowd.

"This should be a little quieter." Yukio sits down on a bench further away from the crowd and you sit down next to him. "So how did class go?" Yukio asks while brushing a hand through his hair "it was great, everyone seemed to like me...oh but I told everyone about the dance tomorrow and how you need a date to go so a few of the boys ran around looking for a girl to ask out." you laugh which seems to make Yukio smile "I'm helping out at the dance tomorrow, and since I know you are gonna ask any way you can join me if you want."

"Yes!" You yell in excitement "you are finally giving me the stuff to do!"
Yukio laughs "yeah yeah since you aren't going away any time soon I guess I can use your help." "Exactly! But before we get to work let's enjoy ourselves." You grab Yukio's hand and walk back into the busy crowd of the school festival hoping that the two of you could have a little fun before work began.

it was a few hours later, the sun had set and the moon was now shining over the still busy true cross festival. you and Yukio were still together having fun, trying new foods, and playing games. the two of you were sitting at a table eating when you get another call. "ill be right back." you say as you get up and answer the call.

"Hello?" "Hay Y/N it's me Shura I just wanted to call you to catch you up on what we talked about earlier."

"did they catch the spies?" you ask "no, the higher ups want us to keep an eye out but lightning is on the case and thinks that the Illuminati has something to do with everything that's been going on." your draw drops "seriously? who let Lightning take the case, god. okay ill talk to you later Shura." and with that, you hung up.

You walk back to Yukio with your mind in a daze. you knew this was bad. the Illuminati has ties with the true cross which you knew would ruin its reputation if people found out. and if lighting was looking into it you knew he would loo into every detail even the lives of the Okumura twins. you didn't know what was going to happen or how you could stop it but all you did know is that this entire situation made you're simple 'keep Yukio in line' job so much harder.
