"Is everything ready?" Yukio asks as he walks up to you, it was the second day of the true cross festival. It was the day of the school dance so everyone was busy. Students and staff alike were running around trying to make sure everything was prepared.
You turn around to look at Yukio, "it sure is, but Shura asked if she could have a quick meeting with us." Yukio sighs as he adjusts the earpiece he was wearing. "Okay let's go." You quickly nod and walk out of the dance hall with Yukio following close behind. "do you know what the meetings about Y/N?" Your body tenses up as those words come out of Yukio's mouth.
You did know what the meeting was about but you felt as if it was better if you didn't say anything. recently you had gotten word that there are some spies here at True Cross Academy so you and the other few people you knew were on the lookout for any suspicious behavior. "N-no no I don't."
You and Yukio made your way to Shura who was surrounded by a few other exorcists. "Okay everyone...so we have recently gotten reports that there are at least two spies here at True Cross we have captured one but there is still one on the loose so keep an eye out. But we can worry about this more later enjoy your night everyone. Get to work." And with that, you, Yukio, and the other exorcist left.
"Did you already know about this Y/N?" Yukio asks as you make your way back to the dance which was about to begin. "Y-yes, yes I did." Yukio stands in front of you looking disappointed. "Why didn't you say anything?" You froze, what were you meant to say "oh I didn't tell you because the Vatican know how nosy you are and how you will search for the things they don't want you to know." Yukio stares at you waiting for your answer.
"I didn't want to worry you okay? It's my job to help you not to stress you out." Yukio sighs "okay that makes sense." You smile happy that he believed you. "Okay, now let's go have some fun the dance is about to begin." You take Yukio's hands and walk into the crowd of students.
"This is nice.." you mumble while watching the other students have fun. You look over to see Yukio stressing over something "what's wrong?" You ask elbowing him in the shoulder "I'm not sure...I just feel like something is wrong." "Oh come on relax Yukio! Tonight is your time to relax we have worked enough recently just take some time off." Yukio gives you a small smile and nods "maybe you are right Y/N." You look into Yukio's eyes, on the outside he seemed happy but his eyes still glistened with pain.
You were about to say something but you were cut off by the sound of Shura's voice coming through your earpiece. "All exorcist and exwires. Cram school student Kamiki Izumo is missing and we suspect that one of the spies is with her. Please stop what you are doing and look for her." You quickly grab Yukio and lead him to the rest of the exwires "we need to all be on the same page before we go and find her."
"Where is Shima?" Yukio asks as the students of the cram school get together "he ran off to find Izumo." Suguro replies as he runs a hand through his hair. "W-we need to make a plan." You mumble trying to calm yourself down, so much was going on and it was stressing you out. Yukio places a hand on your shoulder to calm you down "I'll take over.." you nod and Yukio begins to tell the students where to go.
"God where is she.." you say while running around the festival trying to find Izumo. it had been an hour since you had begun to look but sadly no one had found her just yet. Yukio was up Infront of you when Shura's voice once again came through your earpiece "we have found a lead all exorcist and exwires are to meet up at the edge of the school." Yukio quickly takes your hand and runs through the school dragging you along.
As you made your way to the edge of the school you met up with the cram school students who looked disturbed. You were confused but you look in front of you to see Shima holding a passed-out Izumo as he stepped into a helicopter. "Sorry guys but I have to take her...the boss will be mad if I don't." Before you could say or do anything Shima closed the door to the helicopter and was flown away.
"I-I think we found our spy."
