Hello everyone and welcome to the 5th Episode of Ask or Dare: Cartoon and Anime All-Stars Character Logs! Today's episode is all about the ultra happy leader of the Glitter Force, Emily!

Origins

Emily is the main protagonist of Glitter Force, which first aired on Netflix on December 18, 2015. Her Japanese VA is Misato Fukuen while her dub VA is Laura Bailey. Her alter ego is Glitter Lucky.

Background and Personality

Emily is a bright, kindhearted, and energetic girl who loves fairy tales. She is always happy and optimistic, making her innocent but seem occasionally naive. She’s also really clumsy to the point where she sometimes ends up hurting herself when she gets overexcited. She also hates seeing others being sad or crying and does her best to cheer them up when they do.

Inclusion and Role in the Show

Emily first made her debut in the very beginning and is also another series staple. She's the 5th main protagonist of the series.

Relationships with Other Characters

Kelsey: Emily's best friend, always showering her with hugs and encouragement when she feels down.

Lily: Emily's 2nd best friend as she admires Lily's gentle and sweet nature. They often share the same opinions and get excited over similar things.

April & Chloe: Close friends and teammates.

Nico: Emily's inspiration as Nico showed her how important being happy was after Emily read her story.

Maya: Emily's BGFFF, or "Best Glitter Force Friend Forever". Maya and Emily admire each other for their constant optimism, happy attitudes and cheerful personalities.

Lincoln: Lincoln's first crush in the show when she gave Lincoln a hug when they had first met. While he lost his crush on her, they still became good friends.

SpongeBob: Emily and SpongeBob have great chemistry with each other as their optimistic and cheerful personalities made them fast friends!

Ami: Ami and Emily's kindhearted and cute personalities made them fast friends!

Nozomi: Emily's BPCFF, or "Best Pink Cure Friend Forever" as their kindhearted personalities made them best friends. Emily would also cheer up Nozomi whenever she felt sad about not being able to save Dark Dream. That is, until she joined the show. Even still, Nozomi still thanks Emily for being a caring friend.

Haruka: Emily's second BPCFF, due to their similar tastes since princesses are an essential part of fairy tales.

Hibiki: Emily's third BCPFF, as Hibiki finds airheaded personality adorable.

Chowder: Emily thinks that Chowder looks super adorable. Believe it or not, Chowder actually has a secret crush on Emily.
