Origins

Billy is the deuteragonist of The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, which first aired on Cartoon Network on June 13, 2003. He's voiced by Richard Horvitz.

Background and Personality

Billy is a happy-go-lucky and idiotic boy with an extremely low IQ of -5. Because of this, he ends up causing the most problems due to his irrational and often impulsive choice of actions, making it a pain to put up with him...

Billy has been in since the beginning and is also another series staple. His role in the series is simple, be stupid and have trash opinions.

Relationships with Other Characters

Grim, Mandy & Irwin: Billy's best friends, despite the 1st 2 hating his stupidity.

Regina: Regina DESPISES Billy because of his stupidity. Despite her anger at him, he actually loves her due to Billy's inability to realize that Regina hates him! He even KISSED her!

Patrick: Due to these two being the dumbasses of the show, it's no wonder that Patrick and Billy get along so well.
