(Y/N's P.O.V)

I rubbed up against Eric as I watched the fire in front of us. This bonfire is super nice.

Only Jeremy, Michael, (F/N), and Irene were there. Along with Eric, but that's obvious. Why wouldn't I have him with me? God, I just love being with him. Nothing feels better than just being beside him.

"So, how're you and your love life going?" (F/N) asked Jeremy. "Sad thing that you and Christine broke up,"

"Yeah, I guess while dating her I realized that we're not really as perfect as I thought we'd be," Jeremy murmured.

"Hey- on the bright side, you get to spend more time with us!" Michael cheered. "You're free again,"

We were all circled around the bonfire in the backyard of Jeremy's house. The seat was only wide enough to fit two people, and three if you were a child or if you squeezed yourself together with others.

Irene and (F/N) were sitting next to each other. Jeremy and Michael were sitting next to each other.

And I was of course sitting with Eric.

I kinda zoned out of the conversation, just focusing on my own thoughts.

Eric was good with the conversation with everyone there...

I just want to stay with Eric. I don't want anyone else but him. I just want to stay with him, and just, talk with him. It doesn't matter what it is.

"Alright! Alright!" (F/N) laughed, taking a sip out of her drink.

"Yo, it's getting really late," Irene yawned, resting her head on her hand. "I think I'm about to go home before I pass out,"

"What?" I said. "Already?"

"How late is it?" Jeremy asked, about to pull out his phone.

"It's ten thirty-three p.m." Eric answered.

"Yeah, I'm going," Irene stood up and stretched. "Bye,"

We all waved her good-bye.

"That reminds me," (F/N) straightened her back. "You know, I have to go before my parents go to sleep so I don't wake them up and piss them off,"

"AH- You too?" I sighed.

"Yeah, it's really not an option. They don't want me to stay the night," (F/N) sighed, rolling her eyes. "Even though it's spring break,"

"That's the worst reasoning ever," Jeremy shouted at (F/N). "There has to be another reason,"

"I wish there was," (F/N) sighed, collecting her thing. "Welp, gotta bounce,"

"Never say that again," I sighed.

"There's that new movie," Michael started up. "It's from that director. Who was it..."

"Albert Flam?" Eric suggested.

"Yeah! That comedy-horror movie," Michael nodded. "Well- more of a thriller-drama, but they're saying it a good movie,"

"Always up for a comedy," I said, sitting up.

"You guys have fun watching that movie," (F/N) picked up her thing and headed toward the gate. "See y'all later,"

I waved her off and she left.

"Well, let's go inside," I sat up.

"Let's go," Eric stood up.

"How are we gonna watch it? It's still in theaters?" Jeremy asked.

My eyes widened. "My parents have this thing where they can watch movies that are still in theaters. Eric told me to bring it, this must be why. But it's illegal, so don't tell anyone,"

"Squips are illegal, so don't tell anyone," Michael mocked.

Eric shot him a dirty look.

We got inside and practically fell on the couch.

We quickly turned on the movie, and the start was pretty funny. But then it got into the thriller part.

This movie was called Take Over.

Pretty fitting. This witch, demon, or a normal human with abilities takes the form of someone. He's a serial killer and turns into a little girl, and then he kills the sister and then he tries to kill the mom, but the mom gets away.

And then the killer transforms into an older version of the little girl and then kills the mom.

But it's a comedy so the killer dies.

But then there's a whole plot twist at the end. But that's what I've heard from the reviews, and I haven't watched it yet.

But I heard it's one hell of a plot twist.

"WAIT- WHAT!" Michael gasped as soon as the plot twist came

"Wait- she was hallucinating the whole time?" I murmured, turning to Eric. "That's what happened?"

"I guess, I mean- Alex is dead in the back, and Paisley- the child version- is being held by the mom," Jeremy squinted at the screen.

"That's one hell of a plot twist," Eric murmured as the mom on the screen got taken away, turning to a shot of anti-psychotic meds that were referenced early in the movie. The mom was crying loudly and trying her hardest to get out of the cop's hands. An ironic happy orchestra symphony played in the back. Wow. So amazingly directed.

"That's so deep," I mumbled. "I'm fourteen and this is deep,"

"How is this a comedy?" Jeremy asked, looking over at us. "This is so dark,"

"Yeah, just... I don't know how to put it in words," I shifted to a different position.

"I guess it's just something that has to be put in a movie to make sense," Michael murmured. "Is that what psychosis is like?"

"Well, Albert Flam is planning on directing other movies. It's more horror this time," Eric said.

"OH!" Jeremy stood up. "911 is amazing!"

"Wait- one thought," Michael drew the attention to him. "Do you think the title, Take Over has to do with like the mental illness taking over her sanity,"

"Ooh, good idea," I nodded. "But, 911 sounds good. Is it still a comedy?"

"It's more horror," Jeremy said.

"It's like a ninety-four percent horror and the rest is a comedy," Eric explained.

"Good movie ideas," I say, taking out my phone and looking at the time. "Do you wanna watch it?"

"Maybe another time," Michael shrugged. "It's a really long movie, I might fall asleep,"

"So... what now?" I asked.

"Just talking until we get a little tired, I guess," Jeremy shrugged.

"Oh- hold up," Michael took his bag and rummaged through it. "Here, someone told me to give this to you,"

He threw a Hawaiian Punch Fruit Juicy Red can at me.

Luckily, I caught it.

If I didn't, it'd make a huge mess.

"Who?" I asked, examining the can.

"Yeah, who was it?" Eric asked.

"Yeah- who the hell gave that to you and told you to give it to (Y/N)?" Jeremy asked, looking over at me.
