Brooklyn felt like she was finally able to breathe again as she got the zipper undone and got her head out. She took in big gulps of air while in her peripheral vision of her eyes that she was keeping brown she saw Scott, Liam and Stiles all getting out of their own body bags and doing the same. With the help of Parrish, the four of them were able to get into Eichen's morgue as dead bodies
"Oh my God." Stiles breathed as the four of them looked at each other from the different examining tables they were placed upon. "Never again."
Scott nodded at his best friend and looked down at his phone. "Fifteen minutes. Starting now." he told them. They all hummed in response and made their way fully out of the black bags they'd been stuck in. But Stiles being Stiles, managed to fall off the table and onto the hard floor in the process.
"Idiot." Brooke mumbled under her breath.
Once they were all successfully out of the bags and back on their own to feet, Scott bent down slightly and pressed his ear to the door. The other three remained quiet as they knew the boy heard movement outside. When it was clear, the True Alpha opened the door quietly and motioned for the others to follow as he made his way out the door.
They walked down a series of corridors luckily undetected until they went to round the final corner to the Closed Unit and Stiles spotted a couple of orderlies at the end. He pulled his best friend back from going any further and the four of them lined themselves up with the wall so that they wouldn't be seen. "What are they doing there?" Scott asked in a whisper.
"I don't know. Their rounds should've ended five minutes ago." Stiles said back at the same volume. They all peered around the corner again to see the two middle aged workers having a chat as they stood in front of the gate with their backs to them.
"I can take them." Liam suddenly remarked.
The older three teens looked back at him with narrowed eyes. "No one's taking anyone." Scott told his beta.
"How much time?" Brooke questioned.
Scott took his phone out of his pocket and checked the number upon the screen. He sighed, "Three minutes."
Liam shrugged, "I'll just knock them out and hide the bodies."
"Oh, my god, please stop." Stiles chastised.
The beta was cut off from replying when a banging noise sounded. The four of them jumped back a little in shock. They glanced in the direction of the noise to see one of the patients thumping their hands against their cell window. He had blackish hair, slightly crazed, brown eyes and wore a loose fitting, dark grey jumper. "Did you take the doctor?" the boy panicked.
"What?" Brooklyn whisper-yelled to the Eichen patient.
"Did you take the doctor?" the boy repeated. Brooke gazed around the corner again to check if the orderlies were heading their way because of the commotion. Luckily, they weren't bothered yet. "I haven't had my medication. I need ten milligrams at eight am, fifteen milligrams at one pm and no more than twenty at dinner." the patient listed.
"We'll get the doctor..." Scott told the boy to try and calm him down so that he wouldn't give them away.
"Dr. Fenris." the black haired boy informed, "Dr. Fenris." His face then contorted into a sad look and he pounded on the glass again. "They took Dr. Fenris." He continued to smack his hands on the surface creating a loud noise that the orderlies picked up on. Brooke could see them turning their heads in their direction but they didn't move quite yet.
