Chapter 19

Carter's POV:
I was in my room on my phone on my bed and I was thinking about my brother Cason I started to cry!!!!
"Why did you have to leave me Cason" I Said talking to myself and then I heard a knock on my door
"It's your dad Carter can I come in" Dad Said
"Yeah dad you can come in" I Said And put my phone on the side dresser and charging my phone
"Alright" Dad Said And comes into the room
"Hey Carter are you okay" Dad Said calmly
"I'm fine Dad" I Lied And He sat down next to me on the bed
"It's okay if you are not Carter,you can talk to me" Dad Said Looking at me
"Fine dad...I miss Cason" I Said Looking at my dad with sad eyes
"I know you do Carter and I do too" Dad Said and I started to cry
"Hey it's okay" Dad Said and he was holding me while I was crying
"Why did it have to be him" I Said crying into my Dad's chest
"Shh,it's okay" Dad Said holding me and rubbing my back "I know,I know and I'm sad too Carter but hey at least I have one son" Dad Said holding me
"I know dad" I Said in a crying voice while still holding my dad very close
"Dad it's okay to cry" I Said holding my dad
And just like that my dad started to cry with me "I'm with you dad" I Said still holding my dad
"Yes I know Carter" Dad Said he got up off the bed
"I have something for you Carter just let me go get it.I've been wanting to you this for awhile" Dad Said standing there in front of me
"Okay dad" I Said wiping my tears away
"Okay,I'll be right back Carter" Dad Said and he leaves the room
And 5 minutes later I was shocked at what he had in his hands.
"Dad is that what I think it is" I Said Looking at him about to cry again but I didn't it
"Yes it is Carter" Dad Said and laid it on my lap
"It is...this is Cason's hoodie he always wore all the time" I Said And I pick up my brother's hoodie and I hold it close to my chest
And I look at my dad "thank you dad I really appreciate this" I Said holding my brother's hoodie really closely
"Your welcome Carter,I just thought you would like something of Cason's.Just wanted you too have something to keep with you that belonged to him Carter" Dad Said rubbing my head with his hand
"Yes this is great,Hey dad can I wear this to my friends house today" I Said while holding the hoodie
"Yes you can Carter,the hoodie is yours after all" Dad Said with approval
"Okay Thank you dad" I Said And I Also Said something else to my dad
"I will be leaving in 2 minutes dad" I Said Looking at him
"Okay,also what friend are you going to hang out with Carter" Dad Said looking at me for an answer
"I'm going to Sebastian's house,he invited me over today dad and he is picking me up by the way dad" I Said Sitting on my bed still
"Alright,just be careful and stay safe will you" Dad Said smiling at me
And I put Cason's hoodie on "Okay dad I will" I Said And I grab my phone and I see a text from Sebastian
"Dad,Sebastian is here" I Said leaving my room
"Love you Carter" Dad Said yelled and I yelled back "I love you too dad" I Said going out the door of my house

(In Sebastian's Car):
"Hey Carter" Sebastian Said in the car driver side
"Hey Sebastian" I Said getting in the car and shut the passenger door and buckled my seatbelt and it's secured
"Hey Carter,isn't that your brother's hoodie your wearing" Sebastian Said while driving to his house keeping his eyes on the road
"Yeah it is,my dad gave it to me while me and dad were crying in my room" I Said Looking at him
"Wow that's nice that you have something of Cason's,how is your dad Ronnie,Carter" Sebastian Said while driving
"My dad is fine Sebastian,your family is so nice to me ever since my brother died...they were always there for me" I Said Looking out the car window
"That's great I'm glad he's okay,and I'm glad you feel that way Carter and my dad and my brother Aiden are excited to see you" Sebastian Said while we were driving through his neighborhood
"Yeah I'm really excited to see them Sebastian" I Said really happy
"Yeah And we are here Carter" Sebastian Said while driving up his driveway

(At Sebastian's house):
We go into the house and I see Sebastian's Father Coming up to us
"Carter your finally here" Carson Said hugging me
"Hey Carson,I'm happy to be here again" I Said hugging his dad back
"That's great,I see your wearing your brother's hoodie" Carson Said Looking at me (Sebastian's dad)
"Yeah I am,my dad gave it to me when I was having a crying episode in my room when he was trying to calm me down" I Said talking to Carson
"Yeah,how are you doing since your brother Passed away" Carson Said Looking at me for an answer
"I've been alright I guess...it's just I can't step into his room it's too heartbreaking to go in there" I Said Looking at him with sad eyes
"Yeah I bet it is really hard for you right now,but you are always welcome here Carter" Carson Said Looking at me with comfort
"CARTER,your here" Aiden Said running up to me and started hugging me by the waist
"Hi Aiden" I Said hugging him back
"It seems like Aiden is very attached to you Carter" Sebastian Said Looking at me and Aiden from behind
"Yeah he's always been this way Sebastian" I Said and Aiden let's go of me
"Well,Carter and I are going to my room Dad" Sebastian Said by the stairs waiting for me
And I started going upstairs with Sebastian
"Okay you too" Carson Said and walks away with Aiden

We go into Sebastian's room and I was blown away how much it's changed since I've been here!!!!!
"Sebastian you changed your room a bit" I Said while in his room
"Yeah I sure did...I wanted a change" Sebastian Said Sitting on his bed
"Want to watch Netflix" Sebastian Said Looking at me while sitting on his bed
"Sure why not...how about Lucifer" I Said walking to him and sitting next to him on the bed
"Sure I love that show" Sebastian Said with a smile on his face
We are on the bed watching Lucifer and I accidentally fell asleep on Sebastian's lap
"Asleep like always" Sebastian Said playing with my hair
I thought he would get mad at me for sleeping on his lap but he doesn't at all get mad at me and I was relaxing while sleeping on Sebastian's lap.....
