Aizawa POV
-------------------
I walk into the gathering room, and see that I'm one of the first ones to arrive. I sit down on my assigned seat, and just wait for the others to come in.
While waiting, I observe the room with my eyes only. There is a huge table with chairs, which I'm currently sitting at. Than there is a bord on the front, probably to describe things on. Than you have 2 exists and a window with someone peeking inside, nothing strange.
Wait WHAT!? Why was there someone looking in on us!?
I walk over to the window, and see a seemingly scared girl looking up to me through the glass. I walk outside, and sit down in front of her.
''Hey, is there something wrong? Why were you peeking through the window?'' The girl steps back, and I can see the tears being held back in her eyes. ''M-my.. m-mom... sh-she was k-kill-ed.. a-and I-..I-... I j-just escaped...''
She collapses on the floor, and I step towards her, a bit hesitant since I'm not very good with kids. But eventually I crouch down next to her, and pull her into a hug. She stiffens, but then melts into it. I hold her close, and stand up with her in my arms.
''Now, care to tell me who you are, and were your dad is?'' the little girl nods, and says: ''I'm Eri Hikari... and I don't know were my dad is. I only saw my mother since he brought me to her...''
I'm shocked. So this girl that apparently just witnessed her mothers death, was Eri Hikari, from the Shie Hassaikai case? This was a rather interesting turn in events.
I nod, to indicate that I was listening to the girl talking. Then I hear the others coming in, so I walk in with Eri still in my arms. I ignore all the questions, and head straight for Tsukauchi.
I rush into Tsukauchi's office, and see him bowed over some cases, thinking about something. I cough, letting him know that I'm inside. He looks up at me smiling.
''Oh, hey there, Aizawa-san, I was just about to go attend to the meeting. Do you need me for something?''
I gesture at the small girl in my arms, and say: ''This is Eri Hikari from the Shie Hassaikai case. I saw her looking through the window of the gathering space. I think you'll want to look further into it.''
His head turns to look at the girl in such a rapid speed that I'm almost worried it will fall off. He looks at her with big eyes.
''That's Eri Hikari?! How did you find her? What happened? Is she okay? Where was she? Did you see the Hassaikai? Did you-''
I cut him off, saying that we can talk about this some time later. Right now we have to get her safe to her father, and go attend the Green Kitsune meeting.
We walk down the corridor and into the main office. Tsukauchi than proceeds to call Sansa to bring Eri home. With that done, we make our way back to the meeting room and go inside.
Everyone was already present, and were waiting for us to arrive. Some of them, who saw me carrying away a little girl, bombard me with questions about her. I just say that she is Eri Hikari, and then just turn my attention to the meeting.
Tsukauchi stands up, and begins the meeting.
''As you all know, we discovered the identity of the #1 vigilante Green Kitsune. We already have a lot of information on this person, so the only thing we have to do is create a plan to safely capture him and get him to talk. The files on this boy are already before you, so go take a look in it. If anyone has a idea or plan be quick to share.''
We all pick up the files, and I scan over it, hoping to find any possible weakness.
Quirkless? But I saw him using a quirk when patrolling. How did he hack the system and change the information without anyone noticing? And it says here that his family moved to Tokyo, without actually selling their former house..? Even when the mother moved first, and the father followed quite some years later, why didn't they sell the house?
I then move on to the vigilante information about him.
So he has the reputation to always arrive when someone calls out to him? And nobody has ever seen him in clear daylight, but he is always on the streets till sometime after sunrise? That can only mean that he- wait, but didn't it say that Izuku always comes to work from the left side? He lives on the right side though-
I get an idea, and are just about to speak up when Kamui Woods raises his hand.
''Yes?'' Tsukauchi says, and Kamui speaks up.
''I noticed that the vigilante always comes to work from the opposite side of where he lives. So my best bet is that he goes to work directly after patrolling. If we catch him off guard near sunrise, he'll have a problem involving time. I suggest that we position most of the undergrounds in the middel of the route between his patrol area and his work. If the others take care of all the crime near the bigger city, he'll be stuck far away from his work. If the undergrounds can catch him, we can jump in and take custody off him.''
I mentally sigh. How could he overlook such an important detail!
I stand up, and say in a bored tone of voice: ''If we do that, we'll have to leave almost 2/5 of the city to one boy alone. It is impossible for one mere human to protect so much people. You'll put the lives of innocent citizens in danger.''
He looks at me, and his face is a tad bit annoyed. ''Yea, there can't be thát much criminals, right? And besides, it's for the greater good!''
In the inside I'm disgusted by his mindset, but I don't show it. I just fire back with a simple ''Don't come to me when you notice the amount of injured people, than.''
He looks unfazed, but then some of the other underground hero's speak up as well. ''I agree with Eraserhead. There a much more incidents at night, and the small tugs also need to be taken care off.'' ''Yeah, it's impossible to protect everyone when you're on your own.''
Tsukauchi also agrees, and we settle for a much more decent plan.

I'm so so so so sorry that I didn't update the story for so long! I know this isn't and excuse, but I had a major writers block, and it didn't help that Wattpad decided it was a good idea to delete the whole chapter.
Aside from that, I suddenly got inspiration for a whole different book! So I want to know, do you guys want me to only focus on this book, and write the other one later, or should I just write it now? I won't be publishing this book though, since I don't think that'll be such a good idea.
Feel free to suggest things, and correct me if I'm wrong on somethings!
