"What in the bloody hell is he doing here?!" Was my greeting into the all elusive snake pit thats known as the slytherin common room. I give a small eye roll before i speak "I am very sorry, all of you. I was a blind child when i was first introduced in to this world. I was told you all were horrid and evil. Now, i know that i made a mistake." As i said this, I smirked. Draco looked at me, asking silently of he can take over, i nod. Draco speaks up, "He really means what he has said, please treat him like one of us." He pauses for a minute, glancing back at me and smiling before turning back to everyone else and continues. "We want him to feel at home." As he ends his little speech, everybody nods before going back to normal. Draco looks at me, offering his hand. I gladly take it and he pulls be over to his friends. "Harry, i want you to meet my friends officially. These are Blaise," as he mentions the name, a tan boy offers his hand for me to shake, which i take. "Then we have theo" a brunette boy offers the same gesture as Blaise. "And lastly, Pansy" a girl waves before walking to me and hugs me, before sitting back down. I gove a smile and say "its nice to meet you all on more pleasent circumstances" everybody nods. I take a seat and Blaise asks, "So, Potter, what made you come here?" I pause for a moment before responding, "the gryffindoors are much too loud. Granger is much too proud for her own good, weasley is too obnoxious, and weasle junior just wants to marry me. The only gryffindoors i can stand are Neville. Fred, and George. Furthermore, i dont belong there. The hat wanted to put me in Slytherin, but i didnt want to. I grew up in a..." i trail off with a haunted look on my face. Draco gives me a look of concern before whispering, "Are you okay..?" I give him a grateful look before continuing. "I was abused growing up.." as i say this, the whole group gasps. At that very moment, none other than Professor Snape walks in. His eyes land kn me and he stalks over. "Mr. Potter, please follow me. You as well Draco" he walks to his office, Draco and I teailing behind. The door closes as we walk in. "Now, Potter. Why are you in the commkn room?" I sigh and begin explaining again what haplened. Snape gives me a wide eyed look when i tell him about my hkme life. "I will see about a resorting. For now, an elf will get your stuff from your house dorm and you will stay with draco and his friends until you officially get resorted. Also, I give you permission to sit with my snakes at meals." I give him a grateful look and a soft smile as i say, "Thank you, Professor Snape. I am very sorry for my fathers actions towards you.. he was a horrible man in school. I promise.. im better than him." Snape gives me a grateful look and says, "I accept your appology. Now kove along. Also, while in the common room and in private yoh may call me Severus or Uncle Sev, all my snakes and honorary snakes do." I give him a soft smile and start leaving as he adds, "I apologize for my treatment towards you. I will be more fair. Have a good night Potter." I give him a nod as i say "goodnight uncle sev" and leave.
