"Is he hot at least?" Ara asked.

Ara, Maya and I were walking to the basketball arena. "I'm not answering that. He's a dick who's creepy as hell," I scoff.

Luca Ricci is dangerous. He knows what I look like both in reality and out of reality.

"Just please, shut up about him already," I add before those two could say anything else and open the door.

The boys were practicing as we took our seats on the bleachers at the front. "Why exactly are we here?" I asked.

"Joseph told me that they have a new member on the team," Maya shrugged, taking her mirror and gloss out.

"And I'm here because?"

"Because- You need to date. Viv, you're lonely just face it," Ara interjected, giving me a sympathetic look.

I roll my eyes, here we go again. "I told you two, I'm not ready and I never will be ready. I sure as hell am not going to get ready to fuck a stranger," I chuckle.

"Fine. But, will you at least stay to see if he's hot?" Maya asked, grinning and clasping her hands as she leaned on me.

"Okay, Okay! Where is he?" I ask, pushing my best friend off of me.

Maya and Ara hop off and walk over to Joseph, one of our friends. "Viv, come!" Ara calls out, gesturing for me to come.

I let go of my bag and walk over to them. "Yeah?" I look up to see the last two people I would've ever thought to see at my college.

What the hell is going on?

"This is-"

"Are you fucking stalking me now?" I yell, interrupting Joseph.

Daniel chuckles as he has a ball in his hand. "And you- You have nerve showing your face here," I yell louder, pointing Daniel's chest.

"You know them?" Ara asks, looking at me weirdly. "Do I know- Yes. It's Luc-"

"Arnold! Yeah and this is my brother Sam. You must have us confused with someone else," Luca says, interrupting me.

I let out a loud scoff as I cross my arms and stare at him. "Arnold? Well...'Arnold'. You and your clumsy ass of a friend can get the hell out of my college," I spat, walking back to my bag.

First he's at my place of work. Then he's brought himself into my family and now my fucking school? The one place I can be me, truly me.

As I grabbed my bag, I felt an arm on my shoulder. Out of instinct, I gut-punched the person and grabbed their shoulder, throwing them on the floor and sitting on their stomach.

"How many times do I have to fucking tell you? Don't scare me like that," I say, glaring at Luca.

"Lesson learnt!" He exclaimed, groaning in pain.

I twisted his arm slightly before letting him go. "Look, I don't know why you're stalking me everywhere but stop. I won't hesitate to contact the police," I whisper.

"Everywhere? But mi amore, I've only seen you once," he smirks, making me widen my eyes.

Shit. Shit. Shit.

I clear my throat, "Yeah, of course. Just, piss off. Didn't you graduate?" He shakes his head as he spins the ball on his finger, "I take my lessons online. Thought I'd give senior year a go."

"And you decided to join mid-semester?" I raise a brow, what are you up to?

He shrugs his shoulders and throws the ball behind me to Daniel who was in conversation with Maya. "I'm passionate about my education. My sister's go here," he says.

"Oh? Who are your sisters, I may kn- No, No. Just, leave me alone," I scowl, grabbing my bag and walking out.

There's something off about Luca and I don't want him near me. He's giving me Leo vibes and that's something I don't need, ever again.

My heart races just walking down these halls, memories flooding my mind once again.

I shake them off and enter my class, hoping he will leave me alone.
