"Does he have to come?" I asked in a hushed tone in Luca's ear. "Yes, shut up!"
I roll my eyes and glared at Daniel who was walking beside us. "How's Maya?" He asks, smirking.
"Stay away from her, creep!" I snap, walking faster in front of the boys.
I see Ara and Maya sitting by our usual place. "Who won?" I asked, walking up to them.
"Me, duh," Ara smirked. "Why are they with you?" She asked, pointing at the two behind me.
I turned around. "You can leave now," I smile sarcastically, shooing them.
"You know I can't do that," Luca smirked. "Why?" Daniel whined, making me glare at him.
"What's going on?" Maya asks.
"Nothing!" The three of us simultaneously state.
Now we just look suspicious as hell.
"I'm going to go to my lesson. I'll see you two later," I sigh, beginning to walk over to class with no doubt that Luca's right behind me.
After a long day, we finally made it to the end of the day. Luca and I head on to the front gate to meet Daniel.
I walk out to see him leaning against the car, rolling his eyes once he saw me. "Try and at least show a little compassion," I scoff, opening the door.
"Bitch," he mumbled.
I turned around to say something but Luca pushed me inside, closing the door. Bitch? If anyone's the fucking bitch it's him.
The drive home was quiet. "Do you live with them or something?" I asked, staring at Daniel.
"Yes, he does," Luca replied.
"Why?"
"Shut up!" Daniel snapped, shooting me a glare that I visibly saw through the mirror.
"I think if I am going to be living with you guys, I should know, don't you think?" I grin at both of them.
"No!"
I roll my eyes and sit back in the car, great. I check my phone and scroll through my socials. Maya, Ara and I are the only people from our old high school who attend UCLA.
The other's all attended the Ivy Leagues - pft. "We're here!" Luca snapped me out of my thoughts.
"Is that Enzo's car?" Daniel asked.
I looked out to see a red Ferrari. Dad promised to buy me one once I finished with college but damn that's a sweet ride.
I grab my bag and exit the car, making sure to slam it. "Show some respect to Julia!" Daniel yelled.
"You name your cars?" I asked, raising a brow. "Of course," Luca smiled.
Weirdo.
Luca opened the door and I froze, staring at the last person I thought I would ever see at the Ricci residence. "Hey-"
"Lorenzo!" I squeal, running up to his arms and throwing my arms around him.
"Holy shit! Viviana?" He chuckled, spinning me around.
He placed me down, taking me in. "What the hell are you doing here?" He asked.
"You know Lorenzo?" Luca asked, walking up to me. "Yeah," I shyly stated.
"How?" Daniel asked, crossing his arms in front of his chest.
"He was my best friend in Freshman year!" I said. "And we dated," Enzo finished, making the two boys gape.
Lorenzo and I dated from my freshman year to my Sophomore year of high school. He eventually left in the middle of his Sophomore year to attend a prestigious high school in Italy. He took my virginity...
"How do you know him?" I ask, throwing my bag on the couch.
"He's my cousin," Luca scoffed, walking away. "This is rich," Daniel snorted, following him.
I shrug and turn to Lorenzo. "When did you get back? Shit, I never really thought I'd see you again," I smile, sitting down.
"Neither did I. I attend Yale now, you know," he smirked. "No way! I'm so proud of you, Enzo," I smiled proudly.
Yale has always been his dream, typical I know but he never gave up.
"I'm actually staying for a month. They had to evacuate the school due to no water supply," he explains.
You'd think an Ivy League school would have enough water.
"That's cool because same," I scoff, rolling my eyes.
"Why are you here? I didn't even know you knew Luca," he said.
"Ask him," I smile, getting up. "I have to go call my mum but I'll see you in a bit," I say.
I quickly run to the elevator and head up. Once I open my door, I shut it closed and take my phone out and ring Maya and Ara.
"What's up?"
"Guess who the fuck is living with me at the Ricci's?"
I let them know I'm staying with them during lunch, it was only fair. They just don't know about the whole Mafia thing. They're my best friends and know almost everything about me, we've been friends since we were kids.
"Who?" Maya asked.
"Lorenzo fucking Colombo!" I chuckle.
"No fucking way! Why the hell is he there?" Ara asked.
"He's Luca's cousin - mum's side," I explain.
Their faces gape. Ara had a crush on Lorenzo's father - something none of us understood - and she probably thinks they're all here. Maya actually liked him, they were good friends.
"Is his dad there? Did his ass grow?"
"Shut up, Ara! No one cares about his dad. Has the sex improved?" Maya quickly says.
"Maya! How the hell am I supposed to know?" I groan. "Look, this is really weird. But he was my best friend before everything," I shrug.
They were both silent for a while. "Do you think he knows about Leo?" Ara asked, breaking the silence.
Leo...I obviously had Lorenzo on Instagram and Snapchat. I posted Leo and I all the time, Leo was his best friend when he was here. If only he knew the shit that happened to me because of him.
"No! I doubt he told him, Enzo would go batshit crazy on him," I sighed, frowning slightly.
"Don't get sad, Viv. He's half-way across the world," Maya says, aiming to cheer me up.
Luckily, Leo attends Oxford University in London - a shock he even got in. He's really smart but I never believed he was Oxford smart.
"It's fine. Anyways, I should go. I'm going to go work out," I sigh which is the truth.
Their gym here is huge.
"Alright. Love you," they both say simultaneously.
