Chapter Twenty Six: Axel

I messed up. I didn't mean to call her babe, but it slipped, and now I'm pretty sure her brother is about to kill me

"And that's the tea right there sis," Eva says looking at Amila laughing

"Axel there is a place and time for everything and this is not the place nor the time" Mandy yells at me

"What the hell is going on," Louis says looking at me

"Okay so we were like planning on telling you but like this just happened and it didn't seem like the right time," Mandy says looking at me

As Harris goes to walk away he goes "um guys, where is Derek? He was just here a second ago"

And then I realize that Derek is gone. I don't know how he got away

"Ugh of course, while you were all discussing this new relationship our little shit got away. I'll send the wolves after him" Amlia says, she doesn't seem mad, she is just really quiet.

"Well, I guess we got him taken care of," Mandy says

"Okay, so what's the game plan?" I say, hoping I can change the subject

"We are going to the regime and takedown Thorn, also we are not done talking about this," Louis says. I don't know why Louis cares so much.

"Louis, why do you care so much," I ask him.

" Why do you care to know," Louis says

"Because you are involving yourself in my personal relationship" I snapback

"Well last time I checked. You're in a relationship with my best friend's sister, so I have a right dickhead" Louis snaps back.

" Look, dude. I'm getting pissed. I'm tired. I'm also parched and famished. Please leave me and Mandy alone. We are literally going to die like next week so why does it matter?" I say

" Look. While I am engaging this, Axel has a point. We have bigger things to worry about them him dating my sister" says Harris

And wow, I'm in shock.

"Um. Mandy, are you okay?" I hear Amlia says. I'm not going to lie. I've been too caught up in this conversation to focus on mandy. And when I look over, she seems to be having a breakdown. I panicked and ran towards her but I didn't get too far before Louis stopped me

" Mandy, calm down. Look at me. You need to keep yourself under control. We can't let it happen again" Harris says while slowly moving towards her

" We have to move away guys, " Louis says as he starts to turn around.

Then I remember an incident that happened a couple of years ago. Word got around that someone from the underworld rose the dead and killed a bunch of people. But no one knew who did it or why, and now I think I know who it was.

"What's going on, " Andrew says.

Suddenly I feel the ground shake, and I realize we are not alone anymore.
