"Baby? Are you up?" I groan as I open my eyes. For a second I'm confused but it fades soon as I see my sweet mate. I pull her close to me, smiling by the sound of her giggles and peck her cheeks.

"What time is it?" I ask. "Too late. We have a job to do", Yuju smiles and gets up. I want to react but a painful sting goes through my veins, making me hiss softly and sit up too. "Are you okay, baby?" Yuju asks. I look at her, concerned. "Are you? Jk said you're in pain", I say worried, and grab her hands.

Yuju giggles, "I'm fine, silly. Just come with me." I frown, is Jk broke or something? I get up anyway and put some clothes on. "You go downstairs already? I need to make a phone call with someone", Yuju smiles and pecks my lips. "Sure", I smile and leave the room. In the hallway I meet Jimin, he has been behaving really weirdly these days.

"Hello", I say. "Are you acting normal again or?" Jimin asks. "Of course I act normal. What do you think?" I say and roll my eyes at him. "Good, we need to find Taehyung", Jimin says. I stop in my tracks hearing that name. "Who?" I ask, feeling my wolf going crazy. "Taehyung? Your actual mate? You're still under that bitch's hypnosis?" Jimin growls annoyed.

I grab his throat and lift him off the ground. His eyes widen as he grabs my arm. "J-Jeongguk", he gasps. "How did you call her?" I ask angrily. "She took Taehyung away from us. Think! Please!" Jimin exclaims. Again that name. A painful sting goes through my head, resulting me letting go of Jimin and grab it.

"Jeongguk, please remember! Everyone is acting weird. I feel alone", Jimin sobs, on the urge of crying. "You have Jin and Jo-" "They don't believe me either! But I know you have a special bond with Tae, so I just hope you'll believe me", the Omega says. "I-." "Oh look at that, shouldn't you be in bed, Jimin? You're pregnant!" Yuju joins with an exclaim and opens the door to Jimin's shared room. Jimin sighs and looks at me once before leaving.

"What were you two talking about?" Yuju asks when he's gone. I think for a bit. "He asked me to give Namjoon and Seokjin some more free time. He feels lonely", I say and look at her. She frowns. "Maybe you should", she says and smirks, "That'll give us more free time too."

"I'm telling you. It's not working as strongly as before. I don't know why it's working so badly but I have to powder him 4 times a week now."

"Is it interesting? The boss' conversation?" I flinch and look up to see Eunbi. I roll my eyes. "Go away", I grumble. I feel a hand on my wrist and Eunbi drags me with her. "What's your problem?!" I exclaim, she only gestures me to stay quiet. "The princess wants to talk to you", Eunbi says.

We enter the basement, passing many cells until we arrive at Yerin's cell. The door opens, making me look at Eunbi confused as to why she would open it. But before I can react, she pushes me into the cell and closes the cell again.

"What the fuck?!" I exclaim. "Listen to her", Eunbi just says. "Tae, look at me." I look at the girl, letting her come closer to me. "Do you remember Jeongguk?" she asks. Hearing that name, I felt a painful sting go through me, wolf howling in pain. I glare at her, "what are you doing?"

"They're lying to us, Taehyung." I look over my shoulder and see Eunbi stand there with her arms crossed. "What?" I ask. "Oh my god", I hear Yerin gasp. I look back at her. "What?" "Did Hyukjun mark you?!" Yerin asks. "Wait. What?!" Eunice exclaims. "No, why?" I ask and feel in my neck. The moment my fingers feel 4 dents, a strong scent fills my nose and my wolf tries everything to come out.

I can prevent myself from screaming as I sink through my knees into the ground. "Tae! Are you okay?" Yerin exclaims and crouches down. I frown, all my memories flowing back and flashing through my mind, making me go crazy. It hurts, a lot, but it also made me feel good, better.

"Yerin?" I ask and look up to see her face. Immediately all my memories about her come back. I look towards Eunbi and remember her too, how she helped us at those hunters. "What the hell?!" I exclaim flabbergasted.

How am I supposed to react to this? "They're using a sort of powder to make us lose our memories, when we're unconscious they tell us whatever we need to know to help them out", Eunbi says.

"You remember everything too?" I ask her. "Not exactly. Your mind has been manipulated and it still is. The hate feelings you two feel for each other are also manipulated and won't change even though you remember each other until we reset the manipulation", Yerin says. "How come I don't hate her then?" I ask. "Maybe because of your mark? It's a quite strong feeling and bond, stronger than this spell", Eunbi says rolling her eyes. "Sorry... can't help it", she mumbles after.

"We should go back to Jeongguk and tell them", I say. "We can't. Yuju is there and is doing the same to everyone there. But I know one person who can't get manipulated there", Yerin says. "Who?" Eunbi and I ask. "Jimin. He's pregnant, has a wolf, and is mated. His senses are on full strength, their spell is way too weak to beat that", Yerin says. "We should call them", I say and rushes towards the exit of the cell.

"Just be cautious. Don't let them know you have your memories back! Eunbi is going to find a spell to make this all stop and maybe even a spell to make your own soul stronger so they cannot do this again", Yerin says and I nod. We quickly get out of there and go upstairs.

"Remember. Don't let them know you remember everything again."
