7| stop whining

KIM TAEHYUNG

I wake up from a bright light shining on me. I blink rapidly as I try to see what's going on when I see the curtains are open.

"Hello, mister Kim. I'm Kim Sojung, your personal maid, and needed to wake you up. Be ready in ten minutes, Alpha Jeon needs to see you in his office", a blond girl says and walks away again.

I groan and get out of bed, just to close the curtains and jump back in bed, already on my way back to la-la land and not giving two fucks about that stupid Alpha king asshole.

And I slept like a rose for 10 minutes straight. A gasp and two hands shaking my body make me wake up and I'm met with Sojung's shocked face.

"Mister Kim! You have to be there in some minutes. You'll be late", she says with fear in her eyes, making me wonder why she is so scared. "Please get out of bed and put on some clothes, Alpha Jeon will kill me", Sojung now panics and I gulp.

"Okay don't worry", I mumble still too sleepy to function well. I get out and put off my pajama pants, not thinking about the fact this girl is still in my room till I hear her run out of the room.

I dress quickly and get out of the room, hair still pointing everywhere except for where it should point and eyes still having a hard time staying open.

"Sojung?" I mumble. "Yes, mister Kim?" "Ok, first of all, call me Tae or at least Taehyung, and what time is it?" She smiles lightly and gives me an answer that makes me widen my eyes.

"Why would he want to speak with me around 7 o'clock? Why is he even up already?" I exclaim and the girl shrugs her shoulders. "I don't know. He is up a lot, he sleeps rarely", Sojung answers, and I nod softly.

We stop at a door and Sojung knocks on it. "Come in", a deep voice sounds and I gulp, feeling a shiver run down my spine whenever I hear or see him the first time.

Sojung opens the door and we walk in after. "You're late, Kim", Alpha Jeon says and Sojung starts rambling sorry and stuff. "It wasn't her fault", I say and see both their eyes go to me. "I didn't listen to her and now we're late."

"You can go, Sojung. Don't let this happen again." Sojung bows and thanks the Alpha before rushing out. "Why didn't you listen to her?" the Alpha asks, looking at his papers. "It's 7 in the morning... I want to sleep!" I exclaim and pout automatically after. I stop though when Alpha Jeon's eyes go to them and look away.

"Sit", he says, making me look up again and see him gesture towards the chair in front of the bureau. I walk towards it with a sigh and sit down on it, looking at the immensely attractive man in front of me.

He had tousled dark brown hair, which was thick and lustrous. His eyes were mesmerizing deep dark red, flecks of silvery light performed ballets throughout. His face was strong and defined, his features molded from granite. He had dark eyebrows, which sloped downwards in a serious expression. His thin upper lip and fuller bottom one were attached to each other and had drawn into a hard line across his face.

My gaze went down a little, to his neck and collarbones, his shoulders with bi arms, biceps fully on display in the t-shirt he wears. His strong hands, slightly rough from working, held a pen, long fingers working it to write something down. I couldn't help but blush.

I looked back up and see his eyes go to me, my first reaction was to look away again, not wanting eye contact. "Why am I here", I ask. "Fill this in", the Alpha answers and shoves a paper towards me with a pen I grab the pen and look at him briefly just to see his intense gaze never left my body.

I lean down a bit and read what I have to do. I just need to answer some questions about myself so he had the right information and can make me a member of his pack.

Name? Easy. Age? Easy. Number and address and stuff? Easy. Mated? I gulp little and cross out 'yes'. I look up once to see the Alpha still looking at me and blush a little as I look down again. What is his problem?

I write everything down and sigh as I give him the papers back. "Here you go", I mumble, but he says nothing back as he takes the paper. He reads it through. "You forgot one", he says and I frown. "If you have/had a mate or didn't found him yet." I bite my lip softly as I see Bogum's face in front of me again and nod. "Had."

The Alpha frowns a little and nods before placing the papers away and looking at me again. "I don't want to, but my father insisted. I'll train you three days a week, whether you like it or not", he says and I whine silently, so he maybe doesn't hear it.

"Stop whining like a baby, I don't like it either." "Then just don't do it. You are the king right?" I say annoyed. He flashes his red eyes towards me and I gulp as I sit back again.

"Don't speak against me", he growls lowly and stands up. I look down submissive and scared as I hear him walk closer to me.

"You had the chance to say 'no' to this offer because you didn't, I'm now stuck with you. I didn't ask for this bullshit", Jeongguk growls. "Well I didn't either", I whisper and hear him growl, making me whimper and wrap my arms around myself. Behind me he stops walking, making my hands tremble from fear.

He leans down and I could feel his breath warm up my neck, which caused goosebumps on every part of my body.

"Go back to your room, change in something else, and wait till I come et you to train. No whining, no 'buts', and don't you dare be late", the Alpha says. "Understood, Omega." I nod quickly and gulp by the way he called me an Omega. It's not a disgusting way like many Alphas do, he just called me one, since I am one.

I frown little and feel him get up again as he goes back to his chair. "You have ten minutes to change, you can go." I stand up slowly, looking at the king, but he's busy with his work already. I get out of the room, now feeling his stare burn holes in my back.

I get out and for a second I was scared I wouldn't be able to find the way, but Sojung was still there, luckily.

"Hey, Sojung. Can you bring me back to my room?" I ask her with begging eyes and she giggles as she nods and ruffles my hair. "Of course, Tae, come", Sojung says and closes the door from the office, since I didn't close it well.

We walk back to my room and talk a bit meanwhile. "Thank you, Sojung", I smile lightly. "Don't worry, Tae. Goodluck with Alpha Grumpy", she winks and I giggle by her words. I go into my room and close the door with a sigh.

I probably don't have any clothes suiting the activity for later, but I will have to look I guess. I hate training, physically. I just don't like to do so and I'm not the fittest out there, so it's also harder for me. Now I have to train with him. A strong muscular Alpha who will probably laugh at me for being so weak and small. Now that's what I call fun...

I look through my bags, silly me didn't even take the time to put my clothes in the closet, but I will when I'm not dead after this. I find sweatpants, which I think is okay for this? I grab a shirt and just put that on and lay on my bed as I wait for the Alpha.

When the door opens I sit up again and see the Alpha. "Come", he simply says and I get up to rush after the already walking Alpha. We go downstairs and I gulp softly.

"A-Alpha?" he looks at me with a pair of eyes I can't read. "Can I-I eat something f-first?" I ask softly and look down. It is silent for some seconds.

"Yes, come."

I updated hehe. I'll be updating more again, but I do have to go to my dead this weekend and he doesn't let me write as much as I normally do so I'll try my best :)
