Charlie laughed as she threw me, successfully causing me to collide with Mineta and Tsu and crash onto the ship deck. She floated down, standing on the railing with that stupid smirk on her face.
"You couldn't have done that any gentler?" I groaned as I rubbed the bruise forming on my elbow.
"Nope." Charlie jumped down, dangling her legs over the railing. "What do we do now? I'm voting for mass murder. Anyone else? No... how disappointing."
"Charlie, don't kill anyone." I flicked the top of Charlie's head, though that would be a little of a wrong statement. More accurately, I flicked inside Charlie's head but that makes it sound like I've cracked open her skull. "We need to get off this boat and help out the others."
Looking out across the lake, I could see the villains circling the boat like sharks. Villains were ganging up on Aizawa and I could see the vague form of some kind of mist blocking the exit. At least this was an interesting development. If we can get off this boat, we could help Aizawa. Or more importantly, find Tiny before she turns too many people into stuffed toys. Now we just have to work out how to get off this boat.
"I have an idea but this might backfire ten full," I announced, reaching inside my pocket.
Tsu looked at me, slight confusion in her eyes. "What are you planning?"
"To call a friend." I found what I was looking for. I pulled out an old remote, pressing the button on the top. I smirked as a small bussing echoed out. "Ah, got to love impossible technology. If all goes according to plan, they'll be here soon."
Tsu looked confused. I don't blame her. Hopefully, this will work before we end up as fish food.
Charlie watched Mineta with bored eyes as we waited. He still hadn't calmed down. She watched him circle again behind hitting him on the top of his head. I laughed slightly as Charlie lifted up her hand again only to find Mineta stuck to it. She waved her hand frantically, trying to get the grape off before remembering she was a ghost and just turning her hand back into the gas like state and dropping Mineta.
"Say a word and I'll bury you," Charlie threatened as I smirked.
"Never," I whispered in a sing-song way.
Bang!
Jumping up, I let out a scream as I fell down the deck of the ship. Charlie sighed as she jumped after me, barely catching me in time to stop me from going into the sea.
"You need to be more careful." Charlie pulled me up, helping me catch my footing. "What now? I don't think we have any more time for dumb and genius to get here."
"They'll be here."
"They aren't here! Izu, we need to get away."
I hated the fact that she was right. "Tsu! Grab Mineta and get him to shore. Charlie, how good is your water control?"
Charlie groaned as rubbed her eyes. "I hate water control."
"Just do it."
Charlie jumped over the side of the ship, hovering over the water as she closed her eyes. She focused her ability before splitting the lake. She pushed the villains aside, crashing waves at each side.
I jumped onto the ground, holding out my hand. The blood seeped from out my wrist forming ink. Lightning sparked around us as the creature hit the ground. He let out a low growl before punching each wave. He roared up to the sky as lightning struck him and flowed into the water. I grabbed Tsu who held Mineta in her tongue and dragged her to shore. Returning my ally the second we were safe.
Charlie let go of the water, jumping up and floating over to the outside. "That's right! Who needs Jesus when you're got me to split the water?"
Great, now she is going to have even more of an ego.
"We're here!" Turning slightly, I got to see Bubbles crash straight into me. "Sorry, we're late."
I glared at Bubbles, putting her back down on the ground. "A bit late for that."
"Who or what is that?!" Mineta gave an accusatory finger to Bubbles as Tsu dropped him.
"This is Bubbles and she is a lot better than she looks. She's an evil mastermind."
"An evil fish, you have to be joking."
"Let me get this straight, I have a possessed teddy bear, an army of ants and a ghost cereal killer but it's the evil fish, you question? Normal people are weird." I shook my head, trying to throw off the confusion left on my face.
"Izu," Charlie shouted, jumping forward. "Look out."
I tried to move out the way but there was a hand in my face. "Hi. By any chance are you a nice villain?"
The villain growled, lowering his hand around my neck, choking me slightly.
"I take that as a no." I tried to kick him in the chest but I don't think it did anything at all.
"Stop moving all I'll kill you." The villain pressed his five fingers against the neck causing me to scream. He lifted up his pinky before he did too much damage but it still hurt.
He threw me into the centre, scrapping my back along the ground.
"Izu. You'll regret that." The wind blew around Charlie, pressure going as she tried to kill the villain only to be blocked by a different one that looked a little like a bird. "Seriously, you want to go birdy boy." Charlie summoned everything she had, stabbing the villain over and over again but it wasn't doing anything. "Just die already!"
The villain tried to punch back but the fists just went through her body. Somehow I think that could go on for a while.
"Every girl, time to show them the power of the fish," I whispered, receiving a particularly confused look from Aizawa.
It was weird how the fish's laugh was scarier than the poltergeist's.
And now there was a hole in the ceiling.
