Smiling, I rolled over on the floor. Tokoyami was still sleeping with Tiny on his chest. It wasn't even dawn yet so I didn't blame them for sleeping. Tokoyami looked so peaceful when he slept. I leaned forward, brushing my fingers against his feathers. Tokoyami groaned slightly, shuffling and leaning into my touch. He was so cute!
Moving, I laid down on my stomach and kicked my legs above my head. I giggled as I continued to play with Tokoyami's feathers. They were so soft!
"What are you doing?"
Yelping, I jumped up, blushing heavily as Uraraka laughed. "N-Nothing!"
"Really, ribbit? Cause I'm pretty sure you were petting Tokoyami." Tsu placed a finger on her chin, pretending to be confused as Uraraka giggled.
"I wasn't!" Both girls chuckled as I picked up my pillow and threw it at them. "Shut up!"
I vaguely heard shuffling from behind me as someone wrapped their arms around my torso. "What are you three doing up this early?" Tokoyami placed his chin on my head causing me to blush even more. Tsu’s and Uraraka’s laughs increased as Tokoyami looked around in confusion.
Before Tsu or Uraraka could tell Tokoyami what I had been doing while he slept, Aizawa burst through the door. "Alright you useless problem children, get up. Training starts now."
Everyone groaned as we walked through the forest. Aizawa lectured us on our abilities as he called me forward. He told me to launch the ball from the Quirk apprehension test, so of course, I called out Charlie. She wasted no time throwing the ball as far as she could. Aizawa held up the result as Charlie huffed. She had barely gotten a few centimetres further than the first time.
Aizawa continued the lecture as Jiro comforted Charlie. And so, our week in hell began.
Tiny laughed evilly as she turned rocks to stuffing and helped push them down the cliffside. Dic screamed as he set off mines while Dom planned out which moves should be used next. Bubbles rained bullets down on our heads while Oshken hid in the shadows. Charlie, Mischief and Mikst worked with me to protect me and the dolls that represented civilians. Charlie stopped the bullets, flinging them to the side as Mikst stopped the boulders and Mischief stopped the mines.
I didn't have much of a job right now, I just had to maintain the monsters. My main job was seeing how many birds I could summon while this was all going on. I could vaguely see Tokoyami's cave and could hear him fighting against Dark Shadow, I hope he is alright. A little to the side, Jiro was stabbing the cliff with her earphone jacks. I didn't know where Yaoyorozu was- probably near Sato- and all I saw of Kaminari was a bright yellow bright on the top of a mountain.
It wasn't long before the day's training was over and we had been set off to cook dinner. That was a whole new fiasco. Tiny and Oshken were running away from the fire as Charlie helped me dice the vegetables. I couldn't help but gasp as Katsuki showed his cooking skills. I never knew Katsuki could cook!
Everyone talked lightly as they ate. I even got to talk to Kirishima without him being wary of me!
"So, I've got to ask, what's with the box?" Tetsutetsu pointed to Kaminari as he asked Kirishima the question.
I couldn't help but snicker as I leaned on my hand. "It's Oshken's home. Kaminari made it for him."
"Oshken?"
"Yeah, Oshken is a part of my quirk and he can't be out in the light so he hides in the shadows. Kaminari made him a box so he could go places without fear."
Kendo awed as Kaminari blushed. "It's not cute!"
"It is," the class said as one, making Kaminari blush harder.
Charlie chuckled as she leaned on Jiro's shoulder. "Maybe if you want to not act like the desperate simp you are, you shouldn't literally make a house for the guy you're crushing on?"
"Oh like you're one to talk miss 'friendship rings.'" Kaminari waved his fingers to mimic quotation marks as Charlie drew back her hands, hiding them under the table.
I spun to look at her, my eyes sparkling. "Oh? What is this? Who did you give them to?"
Charlie blushed as Jiro hid her face. I think I've found the answer to my question! "Oh, shut up Kaminari! At least I don't have nightmares about my crush!"
Oshken let out a small 'hey' from inside his box as Kaminari shook his head and comforted the little shadow with cookies and head pats.
"Your class is weird," Tetsutetsu muttered as Kirishima nodded.
"Yeah... But it's never boring." Kirishima smiled at Katsuki who nodded, interlocking their fingers under the table.
Everyone was excited, they had a courage test coming up to determine the bravest of the hero course! Of course, I was going to walk around with Tokoyami. We headed deep into the forest, setting up behind some trees as I summoned Mischief. "You ready Tokoyami?"
"Revelry in the dark."
I blinked a couple of times before squealing. "Yes! We shall use the darkness to mentally destroy these students! Revelry in the dark!" I wrapped my arms around Tokoyami's neck, laughing as Dark shadow cheered with me.
Mischief laughed evilly as he spread out, speaking in sync with Tiny. "Time to play!"
Jiro shivered as she walked down the path. Katsuki walked beside her, tension clear in the air. Neither of them wanted to walk around with the other but the people they actually wanted to go with either didn't exist at the moment or was in the extra class. Jiro kept sending glances to Katsuki, twisting her earphone jack around her finger. "Are you still mad about the Sports Festival?"
Katsuki paused for a second before shaking his head. "No. You were just trying to win. Though Kirishima is still mad at you for that."
Jiro laughed, throwing her head back. "You two are really cute together, you know that," Jiro smirked at the blush that rose up Katsuki's cheeks.
"Well, well, well... Looks like we meet again."
Freezing, Jiro and Katsuki spun around to see an all too familiar figure. Jiro narrowed her eyes as she glared at the man. "You! What are you doing here?!"
"Isn't that obvious Jiro? I'm here to kill your fake friend."
