As they looked all over the sea Sam did anthour scape of Pontypandy island to look for his still missing brother but it turned up blank and nothing showed up

And with Tom not being able to help due to wallaby 2 needing urgent refilling they were running out of options and out of time

Sam's worried we're only subsided to thinking and then they came back

His daughter was found freezing but found but his brother was still lost but then he heard Elvis voice over the radio and it brought Sam hope

"Sam, your brother wears a green beanie right?" Elvis radioed

"Right" Sam radioed back

"We've found his beanie look for penny's flare" Elvis radioed back to Sam

And his eyes scanned to he found it and he drove there and Titan followed as Elvis and penny was on Neptune as it was pennys main water vessel and Sam being Sam would deftly let Penny take Jones out on Neptune after they found Charlie and both were warm

Titan arrived first then Juno did and Elvis showed Sam who picked it up and confirmed to the others that it was indeed his brothers beanie

So where was Charlie

"Guys?" Ben radioed

"Yes Ben what's wrong?" Sam asked over the radio

"I see blood in the water" he said over the radio

"Charlie's stuck under some fish mets but is alive due to the bubbles we can see it's too dangerous for penny to dive down and get him sir?" Sam radioed
