He is fine with petting, if he accepts your touch. I mean he will only allow you to pet him if you ask him nicely first. Always like pets on the head and back but not on the stomach because it's ticklish. If you do, he will bite your hand (imagine when he is sleeping, you would quietly rub stomach until he wakes up and barks at you. Doesn't like to be surprised).
Y/n: "Ahh! Sorry boy!"
This husky also like being scratched behind the ears, one of his legs will shake in delight like a bunny thumping his feet on the ground. He will also feel embarrass if you think it's super cute or maybe funny, Steele might glare at you while flustered.
If you brought your friends as guests to your home, they will try and pet Steele, but he will growl at them like "Get back!". Really does not like strangers.
He only likes your petting but not others. Her's only and no one.
The best part is when you're still petting Steele, his head will raise up and give you a lick on the cheek. You chuckle and pet him so more.
When you're watching tv or reading a book in a room, Steele would walk up to you and place his chin on your thigh for attention. You think it's very cute on what he is doing so you pet his head. But if you stop, he will quietly bark and grab your hand with his mouth for more petting so you continue on petting him (He even likes it when you cuddle him as a pillow while you're sleeping. Like he could feel your hand rubbing his smooth fur).

If you ever try taking a picture of you petting Steele and posting it on social media, he would feel pleased of you getting so many likes but doesn't like the comments strangers wrote like "Aww, he is so adorable! 😍💕💕" "So cute! Great pic! 👍🏻✨" or "Omg this is a really cute picture of your husky! I really want of those! 🥰❤️".
