"What the fuck do you think you're going to do?" Viktor growled with his eyes still locked on the road.
Rory didn't even know but that didn't matter at this point. There was no going back for her. She sat up, the gun still trained directly on him and smiled. "Does this make you feel shitty since you approached me?"
"You fucking whore. You knew who I was the whole time."
"Oh, I did and I was going to sneak around in the shadows and spy on you but you decided to make this much easier on me. But this," she looked at the gun and back to him. "This isn't about the job; this is about you and the man you kidnapped."
"SAMCRO hires chicks now? Looks like they're too pussy to do their own dirty work, huh?"
Jamming the barrel of his gun into his ribs Rory sneered. "This isn't about SAMCRO. I'm just here to get my man back. You're the asshole that fucked up and your two brainless lackeys I saw yesterday just let me leave that warehouse like I was some innocent little girl. I'm not innocent and if you hurt him SAMCRO will be the least of your worries."
"Rory." He said with a smile, his eyes darting between her and the road. "That's your real name then?" He caught a glimpse of her frown and kept pushing. "I'll tear Cali apart to find you." He said with his voice high in a mocking tone. "He was mad you sent that. Didn't want us to know there was someone out there we could hurt."
"You're going to hurt me? I have a gun in your ribs and a blade in my bra, I was a bounty hunter for years and Happy has taught me countless things since we got together. Right now, playing fearless won't get you shit you fucking pig. Take the next exit and head toward wherever you have him."
"You gonna fight off all my guys?"
"No." She reached back and grabbed her phone from her purse without taking her eyes off him. "I have backup, naturally. Where is he?"
"Suck my dick and I'll tell you."
"How about I don't cut it off if you do tell me? I'm not kidding around. I love that man more than you're probably capable of and I won't lose him especially to some piece of shit like you."
"How did you figure this out? You're not that good."
"I'm not." She maneuvered around to make herself slightly more comfortable. "I checked Happy's workspace and found his ring. When I was leaving two of your assholes came around, heavy Russian accents, and it's gotten out that little Junior tried to take matters into his own hands and go over Daddy's head. It all just fell together perfectly."
"Things won't always happen so easily for you."
Rory laughed and slipped the phone between her ear and shoulder. "Shut up. Where is he? I won't ask again, asshole."
Tig answered the call, annoyed and rushed, and Rory immediately rattled off the location at the docks. "How the fuck did you get that?" He asked equally shocked and relieved.
"Well, I currently have Viktor Putlova Jr at gun point. I won't believe a word about numbers or how heavily armed they are but he had no idea I even knew any of you, I really think Happy is where he says." Rory glanced out the window and made a very rough estimate of the length of their trip. "Hurry, I think we'll be there in like, twenty minutes."
"Ahh shit," Tig groaned as he hung up. Glancing back at Clay and Bobby deep in conversation. "Guys, we found Happy. He's at the docks."
"How the hell did you find that out?" Clay jumped to his feet, they all headed toward their bikes immediately.
"Rory." He said with his eyebrows raised high. "No one could hear shit cause this wasn't actually an official Russian. Somehow that damn blonde got close enough to Putlova Jr. and pulled a goddamn gun on him."
"Jesus Christ." Clay barked. "That's one way to find him that's gonna get us in shit."
"We get him back then we deal with the fallout." Jax said joining the group. "Whatever he's going his old man didn't call for so that'll but us some good will."
"Let's hope it's enough." Bobby mumbled as they all rolled out.
