"So?" I asked casually as if I'm not affected by it.

"So, don't you think it will be a grant comeback?" Elizabeth chuckled cynically.

Ashley mouth curved into a smiled.

"Do you want to go with me?" Elizabeth asked me.

"Can I?"

"Well, you can sneak around. Though I don't know if it's the best decision to let you go there,"

"I will go,"

She gave a half-smiled, "Don't do a reckless thing, okay?"

"Yes, I just want to go and watch it. I want to know whether you will stay true to our alliances,"

Elizabeth sipped her wine with an unknown expression. "Do you love her?" 

"I don't,"

Elizabeth stared at me, melancholy.

"Just don't repeat my mistake. Okay? Here, take this card. Use it as you like, and go grab new clothes or whatever you like. I will see you later?" Elizabeth said as she gave me a black card.

"Before I forget, it's a Masquerade ball," Elizabeth said.
