Ashley let out a long breath as she finished listening to Evelyn's voice. Not only that, but she also watched the video of Evelyn being raped, and how they forced Austin to watch it.

"Hah," 

Ashley was breathing hard as she closed her eyes. She wavered, trying to comprehend what she had learned. She was sick with the struggle within her. 

As if it was too much for her to fight it, she laughed. She laughed hard and loud as tears drenched her face. 

Now, she started to understand the reasons why Joker love to laugh. 

She stopped laughing, as she wiped her tears. A cynical yet cold grin appeared on her face, as she took out her favourite stilleto that she kept under her bed.

Then, she walked slowly to her kitchen and sharpened her stilleto.

Ashley then called Mr Johnsons and said

"Mr Johnsons? It's me, Ashley Klair Haydn... I want to drop out of the Academy,"  

Ashley said coldly, as her eyes darkened even more.

She packed her things, and quietly left her apartment.

I was ready to go to the Academy. Suddenly, my phone ring. 

It's Mr Johnsons.

"Yes, Mr Johnsons?"

"Just want to let you know that Austin Kruz just dropped out, so I want you to—"

Jessica shocked.

"She—he what?! When? And, did you approve it?" I asked anxiously.

Why so sudden? And, why she asked me for a card reader last night?

"I can't tell you the detail, but yeah he did. I just want to tell you that there's a—"

"How could you let it? Don't we have the procedure? You cannot approve it unless there's an approval by his guardian! So, technically he can't drop out yet! We need to talk to him and—"

"Miss Jessica Huttington, I really appreciate it if you let me talk first," Mr Johnsons said sternly.

"Alright, I'm sorry. So, what you want to tell me?" I said half-heartedly as my mind went blank. 

"There's a student exchange from the Francia Academy. His name is, Ian Kim,"
