Chapter 50

Zayn closed the door and walked out holding the basket in which Snowflake was meowing looking all around the surrounding.

"You need to be quite Snowflake. I'm taking you out now be silent baby," Zayn said walking down the stairs in front of his mansion.

Zayn was off from his work couple of days as some problems came up with his suits at the last moment. Resulting his shoot got pushed for couple of days. So he thought instead of staying in the whole day it would be nice if took a small walk around the woods. The area was quite. There were other mansions but at quite a distance. So they all had their privacy. And the plus point was no paps were allowed to enter.

He walked out of the gate and his cell phone rang. He pulled it out of his pocket and answered the line.

"Hey Zee, are you coming today ?" Kendall asked.

"Um I don't think so. I have to visit my brother later," Zayn said walking on the side walk.

"Oh okay. I'll tell that to Lucy. Enjoy your day," She said.

"I'll join you all next time. I'm sorry," Zayn pouted.

"It's okay babe. I'll have extra drinks in your name," she laughed and Zayn chuckled.

"Please don't do something stupid and end up in tomorrows news," Zayn said and she laughed.

"That totally depends. Okay. I have to select my outfit. I'm going. Bye," She said disconnecting the line.

He put the phone in his pocket as he kept walking.

He loved how he came out of his zone and made new friends. He was happy that he was socializing. Something new felt good. But he too loved his own privacy and peace. So instead of getting drunk in the club he chose to stay at home with his cat.

He took the road to his right which goes to the small stream. "Hey ! Zayn !" a female voice called his name and he turned around to see.

He saw a blond woman coming towards pushing the stroller.

"Oh hey, Lilly," Zayn smiled looking at his neighbor.

"Hi Zayn. Sorry for stopping you but I needed your help," she said.

"Yeah sure. Tell me how can I help ?" Zayn asked with a warms smile.

"Actually something really important came up and I have to go. John is out for business and my nanny didn't showed up today. I've been calling her but she is not returning my calls. So if it's fine with you can you please look after Chris for few hours ?" she asked looking at Zayn with hopeful eyes.

"Of course. I am free that's why I took out Snowflake for a walk," Zayn said looking down at the baby sleeping in the stroller, "Don't worry. You can go. I will take care of him. I love spending time with him though." Zayn said getting a little excited. He really liked Chris. He was a quite baby.

"That's why I was going to your house. But I saw you here and stopped you. And umm I have packed everything in a bag. His milk bottle and water bottle extra diapers and other stuffs. I will be back in couple hours I hope he won't trouble you enough," Lilly said handing him a small bag.

"it's no problem Lilly. We will be fine," Zayn said taking the bag.

"Okay. Let me drop you off to your house. You are already carrying Snowflake," She said taking the bag from him. she asked her driver to follow them before they started walking towards Zayn's home.

"Thanks you so much Zee," She pecked his cheek and waved at him before jogging towards her car.

Zayn waved back and walked inside his mansion gate. He rang the door bell and Janet opened the door.
