Eleanor never thought that a day will come when she had to inform Louis about Zayn willing to end up his life.
Few years back when he was assaulted, Louis and Eleanor put everything just to keep Zayn away from those negative thoughts and emotions. And they both succeeded. But never thought they have to go through that kind of situation all over again. Sitting on the Hospital waiting room. Waiting for Zayn to wake up again.

Zayn was not physically assaulted. But emotionally and mentally he was been harassed. By everyone who looked him as a cheap secretary who opened his legs just go get what he has now. And that's what triggered him the most. He was trying to save himself that was the reason why he was running. Sometimes to his brother and sometimes to his mother.

All those things made him dislike Liam and he hated it. Because he love him too much. But Gigi speaking about what they think out loud was the major triggering point.

Eleanor looked down at her buzzing cellphone not having enough courage to answer the call and tell Louis what happened.
Liam looked up at her and wiped out his tears.
He took the cellphone from her hand and she whispered 'no'.

Liam answered the line and pressed the phone against his ear.
"Hello babe ? Why were you not answering ? Are you okay ?" He asked.
"Louis. Just - just leave whatever work is left and come back now," Liam said trying hard not to cry again. As now he could feel what it was like to hold a lifeless looking Zayn in his arms.

"What - what happened Liam ? Where is El ? Where is Zayn ? How is my baby !? What is wrong !?" Louis asked starting to panic from the other side.
Liam informed him everything and he could feel Louis breaking down.

"We'll talk when I come back Liam. Give the phone to El," He said and Liam knew it's not gonna end good.
Liam passed the phone to Eleanor who was chewing her bottom lip.

She took the cellphone and pressed it against her ear.
"Lou I'm so sorry. I'm sorry," she cried.
"Hey baby, it's not your fault. It's - it's nobody's fault. Take care of yourself and Zayn for me, okay ? I'll be there is few hours. Don't worry our Zee is really brave and strong. He will get well soon. I love you. I'll see you soon," he said disconnecting the line.

"He is not brave. He is losing all his patience," She cried. Liam sat down next to her and pulled her closer.
"He didn't think about committing suicide when he was assaulted Liam. Then why now ?" She asked and Liam looked away from her because he had no answer.

"Coffee," Niall said passing them the coffee, "Gigi has filed the case against Eleanor. But don't worry. Harry said he will take care of everything," Niall said leaning against the wall.

"Mr. Payne," the doctor said making them all look at him, "we have done the dressing. But he lost a little too much blood. We arranged the blood and its going into his body. don't worry he will recover soon. Umm can you tell me if he was going through some mental stress or any depression that he wanted to take that step ?" He asked.

"Well he was kind of a little stressed now a days buy nothing was serious or that's what we felt," Liam said.
"Ok. His only palm has a cut and no other injuries. But once he wakes up we will try and talk to him to knwo more about his mental health. For now he is good. You all may go home. The visiting time is getting over," he said.

"Can we stay ?" Eleanor asked.
"Umm only one attender is allowed," he replied.
"Thank you doctor," Liam said and he smiled a little before walking away.

"Listen you both need rest. Please go home. I'll stay here," Niall said and Liam shook his head.
"I will stay you both go home. And that's final," Liam said strictly. Niall nodded unwillingly.
He and Eleanor left soon and Liam walked inside the room. He saw Zayn and his heart just sank. He looked so sad and pale. Blood slowly going into his body through the needle.
