"So you are telling me that you are romantically involved with Liam. As in Liam Payne the youngest billionaire and the owner of Payne Enterprise. Who happened to be your ex boss," Trisha said leaning back on her chair a little, "and that is the reason why he fired you."

"Yes mom," Zayn mumbled leaning against the kitchen doorframe.
"Zayn..... I don't really know what to tell you," she signed rubbing her temple.
"Why mom ? He is a good guy - ," Zayn tried to tell her but she shook her head making him stop.
"Son I have worked as an attorney for him. No one knows it better than me what kind of man he is," she told her son who looked at her as if whatever information she had about Liam were all lies.

Well, what a small world though. Zayn's mom used to be Liam's lawyer. And a lawyer knows his client better his family knows him. She knew how ambitious Liam was. And he could go to any level to get what he wanted. She has witnessed that and also have been a part of it.

"Exactly mom you have worked for him but you never really tried to understand what kind of man he was," Zayn tried his best to defend his love.
"A man can never lie to his lawyer and is always clear about what he wants. I was his lawyer Zayn don't tell me I don't know what kind of man he is. He is ambitious and he is cruel. He can literally even kill to get what he wants,"she strictly told him.
"No. You are lying," Zayn wishpered trying to push back the urge to cry.

"No good man leaves his husband to be standing alone on the aisle. He left his fancy standing alone on his wedding day and you know why ? God I can't even tell you," she frustratingly replied looking at her son who looked pale.
"Why please mom tell me," Zayn asked with tears ready to roll down his cheeks.
Her heart broke at the site of her son but she had to tell him that the man he was madly in love with was actually the biggest player she ever knew.

"He was marrying him just to get the contract. He got the contract and his fancy's family company and then he left him because he never loved him. He just wanted the company and the money. So he left him standing alone there on the aisle in the church infront of everyone. I was there too," she told him and Zayn's head started to spin. He quitely sat down on the floor while tears were rolling down his eyes uncontrollably.

"Oh God Zayn!!" Louis said rushing towards him. He hugged him rubbing his back but then Zayn pushed him and ran upstairs. He slammed his bedroom door and fell down on his bed crying his eyes out. He could never imagine Liam could do such terrible things. Never in his wildest dreams. After hearing what his mother told him about Liam, he wondered how many things he was unaware of. That he knew Liam was definitely not an open book.

Meanwhile downstairs.
"I seriously don't know how he will take this information," Louis said taking a sip from his beer bottle.
"You should have told him before," she told Louis..
"I tried to keep him away but Zayn truly loves him," Louis told her the truth.
"Does Liam feels the same way," she asked raising her brows.
"I am not sure. I mean it's hard to tell if he does or if he is pretending. Personally I do not trust him neither I approve him," Louis said and she nodded.

"Hi everyone," an Irish voice echoed in the house. Louis and Trisha looked at the direction from where it was coming and saw the blonde man walking towards them.
"Hey Trish," he said giving her a hug.
"Hello dear. You are home early," she asked.
"Yes my work was done and I accompanied boss to the meeting. After it was over he told I can go home so I came here," Niall said taking a sip from Louis bottle sitting on the arm of the coach, "where is Zayn?"

"In his bedroom probably crying," Louis said and Niall frowned.
"Why," he asked.
"Ma told him how Liam left his fancy on his wedding day," Louis told and and Niall's eyes widened.
"Did you check on him," he asked and both of them shook their head.
"I'll go," he said standing up.
"Take some food for him. He was hungry," Louis told him and Niall nodded walking inside the kitchen. Few minutes later he walked out with a tray in his hand and climbed the stairs.
