ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS 3 WEEKS STILL JAY LEFT

LYLA HAS BEEN WITH VOIGHT FOR 1.5 MONTHS

*Today was the day lyla and sylive were returning to work it was 7:30 in the morning *

VOIGHT'S PLACE

voight: ready to go back to work?

lyla:never been more excited 

voight: ill pick you up 

lyla: you dont have to

voight: 1.5 months have made all the memories come back, the way i dropped you off and picked u from high school , the way i woke you up every morning, camila made u and justin

lyla: justin was a good kid, camila was an amazing mother, im so sorry hank

voight: its okay, youre all ive left i cant lose you so ill pick you up

lyla: im not all you have , jay,adam,kevin they are your sons hailey and kim they are your daughters 

voight: i know , eat your breakfast we're getting late 

lyla: just like old times

lyla: sylvie how are you doing

brett: great you?

lyla: voight took the best care, did u go inside yet?

brett: no i just reached

lyla: its been a long time

IN THE COMMON ROOM

casey: captain , brett

herrman: welcome back kiddos

lyla: thank you guys

brett: it feel good to be back

mackey: it feel better to  have more women in the house

kidd: i relate to that on personal level

cruz: you both act like we are disgusting

*everyone started laughing*

*firehouse 51 reached the location*

boden: helmen your fire 

helman: alright 81 and squad its a burning fire we dont have much time find a victim come out check the o2 go back in i do not want anyone running out of O2, casey with me fire floor , severide and cruz floor above that ,stella gallo start 2 floors down the fire floor make your way down ,  mouch cut off those elevators then join stella and gallo , cap tony floor below the fire floor is that clear 

casey : yes captain 

severide : alright sqaud u heard her

helmen: 51 give casey and severide a line get the hoses ready leave one line for kidd and gallo, ambo 61 treage 

herrman: copy that

helmen :  casey lets go 

*one by one everyone brought people down those who could walk did so those who were gravely injured were carried out , it was a perfect fire all rescues no recovery , perfect routine fire, 51 packed it up and headed back to the firehouse*

boden: ladies and gentlemen welcome back the captain and PIC of fire house 51

*everyone cheered and clapped *

severide : first fire after a month how was it

lyla: finally felt i was where i belonged 

*the firehouse was cheerful and a happy place *

adam: sarg there is a call on the line for you

voight: okay thanks adam

voight: sergeant hank voight

caller: major owen hunt calling form afghanistan army base camp

* voight was confused he didnt wanna think about his worst fear but here the call was*

voight: yes

caller: we have sergeant halstead form the rangers here
