Epilogue

"Where did you go, Kim Taehyung!" Ashley shouted from the hallway.

"Appa ran out through the backdoor, eomma," A little boy responded.

"Come back, or you are so dead today!" Ashley came into the room.

"Here, here!" Taehyung hurriedly raised his hand in the air entering the room through the backdoor, "I am here!"

"What were you doing outside? What is it in your hand?"

"Nothing!" Taehyung smiled like a gentleman, "it's nice weather outside!"

"Show me your other hand. Now,"  Ashley put down her bag on the couch. Her afternoon shift just ended.

Taehyung pouted in disapproval and brought out a kite with cut string from his behind.

"You've got it, appa!" The little one was on cloud nine, "Let's go out and play."

"Sit down, Kim HaYun. You still need to finish your homework!" Ashley crossed her hands on her chest.

She then returned towards Taehyung again, "It is your day to help him with the homework."

"I am helping," Taehyung smiled innocently, "It's just.. this kite fall right on time…"

"They both tore the pages of the notebook and made paper planes with it," One year older Kim SooYun
was drawing calmly beside them.

"Kim Taehyung!" Ashley glared at him, "Your girl is more matured than you!"

"I didn't make the planes," she said supporting her mother's statement, "I made boats."

Ashley was speechless when Taehyung busted into laughter.

"Those floats so well," she was painting the pictures with a colored pencil with a serious face.

"Where did you put those?" Ashley hurriedly asked.

"The tank is so high. Appa helped me get there," she was serious and indifferent.

Ashley looked into the next room only to see her aquarium now invaded with weird paper boats all around.

Ashley looked back at Taehyung who was laughing his heart out squatting on the floor now.

"You are seriously dead!"

"Come on, woman!" Taehyung tugged her down on the floor beside him the moment she got near to him, "we are on a vacation, well, I am! Just smile with me."

"You three literally give me a headache every day!"

"Not enough? What do you say to make it a four then?" Taehyung winked, " Let's bring another little one."

"In your dream!" Ashley tried to get up from his side.

"Dr. Ruth, give me a glance for once please!"

"You don't have any good intention, Mr. Kim. Don't get me a fool."

"Appa...he took my pencils away!" SooYun screamed while chasing behind her brother out of the room.

"Slow down, slow down!" Ashley panicked and tried to get up.

"Let them be," Taehyung pulled her closer.

"I am tired," Taehyung smiled widely, "Raising kids is the hardest."

"Oh really? Never noticed that!" Her voice was sarcastic.

Taehyung nudged his nose along her neck, "you look particularly exhausted today," his voice turned soft, "was the day too tough? "

"I can endure those," Ashley finally smiled, "just Hug me."

"I am hugging you!" Taehyung smiled.

Ashley pecked his nose lightly before giving up on his kiss after the end of the long day.
She could endure everything as long as this man is beside her. For forever and always.
