The boy was sitting in the metro, slightly tapping his foot on the floor. He was looking anxious, but at the same time, it looked like he was having a good time. He was humming some unknown melody.

He just hopped in this metro from the airport metro station half an hour ago. He knows where to go, he has a reservation in this renowned hotel, but unfortunately, he doesn't know the name or location. You see, it's his vacation, alone in a long time. But he messed up big time.

He lost his traveling bag, along with his backpack. Normally he didn't have to care about the luggage he brought with him abroad cause others were always there to take care of this stuff.

He collected his suitcase from customs, but he lost those afterward. It's funny, cause he just left his suitcase and backpack in the lounge, and after coming from the restroom, those were not there anymore. He only had this little purse with him with his passport, some cash, visa card, and his phone of course.

He couldn't make the airport security fully understand his situation cause he didn't know the native language nor English well.

Though he managed to make them check CCTV footages and there was this man, casually taking away his belongings.

Security scolded him mildly for his carelessness and told him to give them his number so that they could contact him when they find the luggage and the culprit.

It was an hour ago. Now he was here, sitting in the metro, unsure of his destination, but surprisingly enjoying a troublesome vacation.

He was observing the people around him. Across him, There was a little girl with her mother, trying to catch her attention from the phone she was scrolling.
A middle-aged man arguing with someone over the phone, the cheesy couple at the corner staring at the eyes of each other for some moments....he smiled unconsciously at the sight.

He scrolled his phone, his stop was about four-stop later. The first thing he had to do is to find out a restaurant and have a hamburger. He was starving as he didn't have anything after dinner last night.

The little girl's giggle caught his attention. She was looking at something beside him. He looked at his side. There was a girl about his age beside him, intentionally making a funny face towards the little girl for making her laugh.
A funny face, then a scary face, and a serious one after, then an annoying face, again a joker's face.
The little girl continued giggling at her. People were staring at her with smiles on their faces. The boy realized, he was smiling too.

The little girl went off at the next stop, waving goodbye to the girl beside him.
He continued scrolling his phone. Where are others? He left a message in the chatroom, "I am in trouble!!!!!"

A lot of people boarded in the compartment this time causing some people standing in the middle.
There was this old guy with a walking stick in his hand, standing among the crowd.

He stood up catching the guy's hand, "please, sit."

The guy smiled gently saying thank you.

He was scrolling the chat room while standing. Suddenly he felt a pull in his jacket. The girl next to him moved a little to the side, making a room for him.

He smiled and sat down, still scrolling the phone in his hand. And there was a slight tap on his shoulder. He looked at the girl, she was offering one earphone to him with one still attached to her ear.

He was surprised, but the girl was casual. She smiled at him lightly and continued reading the book in her hand. He was surprised and hesitant at this sudden action. But still took the earphone and put that in his ear.

There was this beautiful melody humming in his eardrum, Bach in D minor with the slight resonance of saxophone and violins. It immediately took him to his days of learning the saxophone. It was a sweet memory.

He didn't notice when the stop came. He came to reality after the girl said a little "excuse me."
He immediately pulled the earphone out.

-"It's my stop."

He looked at the phone, yeah, it was his too. He stood up.
"Mine too." Nodding at the girl and bowing at her, "thank you."

He got off from the metro, looking into the phone for a restaurant nearby. He had to find the hotel, then what?
He had no idea at all.
