Chapter 14

Taehyung's POV:

I opened the door with my spare keys.
I have just reached Korea half an hour ago. The trip was tiring but I had enough sleep on the plane.

I was not expecting anyone to be home as they were on their vacation too, but to my surprise, the lights in Jin Hyung's room were on.

"Hyung?" I called out to be sure.

"Tae, is it you?" Jin hyung called me back.

"Yes, I am back," I replied as I went in with my luggage. Jin hyung came out with sleepy eyes. I probably woke him up from his nap.

He smiled warmly and I ran to him. He embraced me tightly.

"I missed you hyung," I told him hugging him back.
It feels safe, it feels home now.

"Did you enjoy your trip, boy?" he asked, losing the grips of his hands around me.

I nodded.
"I am hungry hyung. Is there something in here?"

"Go, change into something comfortable. Take a shower. Let me see if I can get you something," Jin hyung said and pushed me towards my room.

I went in. My room was unexpectedly tidy and clean. Namjoon hyung was too idle to clean the room. Our room was always messy. So who cleaned it this time? Jin hyung? No, probably Hoseok hyung. He has a nack about cleanliness.

I was tired. But I didn't want to mess up the room again, so I quickly emptied my stuff from the carrier and arranged them in my walk-in closet. I went for a shower afterward. It was relaxing and refreshing.

I came back half an hour later. Changed into shorts and an oversized sweater.

I went to find Jin hyung, He was cooking. It smelt delicious. But this time he was not alone.

"Jiminah!" I was startled as he jumped on me. He hugged me with all his might in a try of probably breaking me.

"Jiminah, you want some?" Jin hyung asked Jimin as he served me food on the kitchen counter.

"Yes," he cooed, "Hyung, you are the best."

I took a spoonful in my mouth, "it's delicious!!! Thank you hyung."

Jin hyung was excited like a child hearing our compliments like he always does.

They asked me about my trip. I was excited to tell them everything. Jimin also had an alone trip to Spain. But he didn't make any blunder like me.

Jin hyung spent his time with his family and went fishing with his father several times.

He said he didn't want to go on an alone trip as long as the rest of us can't join him. He misses us.

Ah! This hyung. I don't know, but why this man is so loving and caring to us? He is so pure at heart, Sometimes I feel we don't deserve him, the world doesn't deserve an angel like him down here.

We continued eating, I told them about Ashley. They were curious. When they wanted to see her, I opened my phone to show them the selfie. Jimin took away my phone to look for himself.

"Ah! Tae!" Jin exclaimed frustratingly looking at the screen.

I rushed to see what was that about. Yes, there was a selfie, but it was only me there!..only one part of her face was visible behind my damn shoulder. I didn't check the picture before.

I took my phone, looking at the picture more closely. How could I be so stupid!!!!
I was looking at the screen and it hit me. She didn't give me her number, she couldn't. Nor did I.
