Abigail point of view.

I woke up to the dreadful sound of my alarm clock. I turned it of and got out of bed. I put on my glasses and walked over to zen who laid on the other side of my bed and kissed her good morning. I started doing this after the first night when Toby told me she could feel me. I walked into the bathroom and took me a shower and did my makeup and all others that needed to be done.

8 months and Zen still hasn't waken. I walked out of the bathroom putting on a darker pair of skinny jeans and some blue heels. School was almost over. We had about two weeks left before we were out for summer. Every one wonders where Zen went but Mikala told them she left to visit family in Russia. I put on a black blouse and a leather belt and walked over to Zen.

"Hey love, I'm going to work. I will see you when I get home." I said as I do every day I work. I kissed her lips and left for work gathering my stuff that sat by the door.

"Hey you ready?" Merry asked me with Mikala beside her. Mikala had been staying with us here and sold her house and built on to ours to she could move all there stuff in here.

"Yep, lets go." I said as me and Merry got into one car and Mikala got into her truck.

Good thing it was Friday because school was really just wasting time now. All the testing was over. There was nothing I was supposed to do. On rare days I wound teach them something new but it was mostly just watching and reading Shakespeare. Lunch came around and Merry brought me a sub.

"You look so depressed." She said with a pouty face.

"You look like an ass hole." I replied rolling my eyes.

"Hey don't be mean just because Zen haven't woken up. She will you got to be happy. You guys are still connected remember." She said grabbing my hand.

"I know but it's hard. I barley remember her voice. I miss her but you are right." I said taking a bite of my sub.

"You still reading to her?" She asked me catching me off guard.

"Yea, I read my students essays and some times the news paper. " I said taking a bit of my sub.

"You see she knows you are there it's probably helping." She said as she took a bite of her salad.

We continued the rest of lunch in silence. It wasn't know awkward silence but a neutral silence. Then the bell rang signaling linch was over. I thanked Merry for lunch as she left. My class filled in and took there seats. I put on Shakespeare and told them to take 10 notes on the video for points. Most did but few didn't.

Soon I was alone in my class room grading the question sheet on participation. Those who did it got a 100. Those who didn't got a zero. It was about 3:40 before I finally left school and was on my way home. I was greeted by a hungry Toby. I put my school bad down by the door.

"Feed me!" He said jumping on my shoulder.

"Please..." He said petting his head with a smile.

"Feed me ... please." he said as I opened his food bin and scoped him some out. Mikala had made him a special wet blend that was pretty much all the different kind of meats with some spices and he loved it so I gave him some of that.

"Thank you!" He said jumping of my shoulder and started chowing down. I giggled and walked up to my room.

I opens my door to see Zen still lying there motionless. I kissed her lips as I walked in. I scanned my book shelf for a good book to read.
