Chapter 13

Abigail's POV

We arrived back at the cabin and zen had been talking to Mikala about something before she took the pack on a hunt. That means they were going to be gone for several hours.

"Abs, I want to talk to you about something." Zen said walking close to me.

I was standing by the table in the kitchen making a smoothie to help me heal faster. My leg was only slightly bleeding now.

"I'm all ears." I said sipping on my smoothie.

"I think we should mate, like right now." She said taking a step closer to me. I took a big gulp of my smoothie before setting it down in the table. "I realized that I...that I love you. I know it hasn't been long. I just saw red when she tried to hurt you and I couldn't live with my self if I let her do that to you. That moment I realized that I not only liked you oh no my feelings were a whole lot deeper than that. I'm ready to take the next step and mark you as mine. Whatever may come I want you by my side as my partner for life and for battle. You are the only one for me." She told me connecting out lips in a peck.

"I love you too Zen." I whispered bringing her back to be."I'm ready to be yours, and for you to be mine." I said as I grabbed her face and connected our lips.
