Kirishima's pov

The room was cold. It no longer had that warm, comforting feeling that it used to. Everything looked the same, but anyone could just feel that something was missing. Or rather, someone. I could faintly hear the sound of the chalkboard being written on as i looked out the window, distracting myself from the last lesson of the day.

It had been roughly a week since Denki left. I'd been feeling a little distraught since the person who I used to be best friends with had actually left and I didn't see him anymore.

Luckily, I had my boyfriend to keep me company so that I didn't think about it all too much. He'd been with me for almost every second of everyday, I assumed he was worried about me which is understandable, but I still was grateful to him. After all, he's the only one who really knows what goes through my head.

I was snapped out from my thoughts when I noticed that class was over and that I could go back to the dorms.

"Kirishima, can I speak to you after class?" Aizawa sensei asked, from his desk.

I nodded and waited till the room was almost empty.

"I'll wait for you outside, angel." Bakugo whispered to me before leaving.

Once everyone left, I walked to the front of the class to face Aizawa.

"What did you need?" I asked, not caring much.

He cleared his throat and then replied, "You've seemed distant these past few days, so I wondered if there was anything bothering you."

"Oh."

"Well, is there?"

I shook my head, "No, sensei. It's nothing to be worried about, can I leave now?"

"Is it because Kaminari left?"

I clenched my jaw slightly, "No."

"But there isn't much else apart from that that might bother you. Why did he leave, anyway? Do you know?"

I looked at him confused, "He...he didn't tell you?"

"Should he have?"

"Wait..does any of the teachers know why he left?"

"...Not that I'm aware of, no.."

I laughed airily.

"Does principal nezu know?"

"I don't know. Probably, though."

I paused, thinking, "Sensei..could you call the principal real quick, I have something to ask that I can't really ask in person.."

"Why can't you ask in person?"

"I'd be too nervous."

"Ahh ok. I'll call him now, then."

He dialed the number onto the phone on his desk, putting it on loud speaker. I heard it rang for a few seconds before a cheery voice answered.

"Hello there!"

I breathed out, "H-Hey, principal nezu.. It's Kirishima Eijiro.."

"Oh, kirishima! How have you been doing?"

"I'm good, sir. I only asked sensei to call you because I had a question."

"We'll go ahead and ask!"

"....Um..So..about Denki's leaving U.A., did he tell you why he left?"

"Hmm.. No, I don't recall that he did. I remember him just saying that he didn't want to do the hero course anymore and that he would be happier in a different school, so he wanted to stop being a student here."
