Dai grabbed her bag from her room, coming out to grab Sokka's hand. She practically dragged him out into the hall, shutting the door and immediately dropping her bag and slamming him against the wall next to the dorm's front door. His eyes widened and he looked down at her, stiff. "Wh-wha--"
Free from everyone's sight, she leaned onto her toes and bit his neck, sucking hard and leaving a dark mark, her fingers digging into his shoulders.
"Ouch, Dai!" he yelped, laughing slightly, his hands gripping her waist.
She leaned back, her eyes narrowed, not angry but possessive. "You're mine," she growled, her voice low.
He blinked a few times, rubbing the mark on his neck. "Woman! Of course I'm yours! What that needed?" Repeating himself in a lower, calmer tone, he added, "Of course I'm yours."
Dai huffed, looking away. She leaned forward again and kissed his cheek, grabbing her bag and his hand. He blinked, releasing her waist. "C'mon," she mumbled, half smiling as she led him to her car.
Sokka hummed agreement, following her. After a moment, he asked, "Did you get jealous?" and raised an eyebrow, his lips pressed together. "Or did you do that because you wanted to?"
Dai shrugged. "Hugyeja's being weird. Then again, I haven't hung out with her for years. Maybe she's just bring friendly." She slid into the driver's seat and started the car.
He looked forward and furrowed his brows. "Suspicious," he said as he put his seatbelt on. "I don't think she'd try anything. Hell, I'm only interested in you and that's very evident," he said with a chuckle.
Dai smiled, leaning over onto his shoulder. "And I'd kill you both if she did," she teased, kissing his cheek.
"Why me?!" he asked, his voice high-pitched. "If she tries something, why kill me? You know I'm loyal to you! Beat her!"
Dai grinned. "Because you shouldn't let it get that far," she responded.
"Doesn't mean it's my fault! As if I want a girl to touch or kiss me or anything. I opt out of getting killed or beaten." He nodded, as if agreeing with himself. She gave a frustrated sigh, then shook her head, driving off. He pressed his lips together, watching her from the corner of his eye before turning to face her. "What's wrong with you? Why are you so frustrated?"
She pursed her lips at his question, shrugging and grabbing his hand, putting it on top of the stick, her hand on top of his as she drove. "I just miss you," she told him, shrugging.
He tilted his head to the side to look at her and smiled. "I missed you too. But I'm here now."
Dai giggled, her eyes on the road, and gave his hand a little squeeze. She parked in the high school lot, leaning over to kiss him in the cheek again. "This old ass school," Sokka chuckled, looking out the window. He opened the door and made his way out, taking a deep breath.
Dai raised an eyebrow at him. "Oh, it's so old now that big, bad Sokka's in college," she mocked him.
"C'mon, let's see if you're stronger than me yet," she taunted, grabbing her bag from the back and hopping out of the car, leading the way inside to the arena.
"Oh, come on. Can't you see how big I've gotten? Of course I'm stronger," he said with a smug grin on his face.
Dai's eyes flicked to his shoulders, her face turning a bit red. "Pff," she scoffed despite her flushed face. "You've gotten bigger?" she teased. She wrapped her hand around his forearm, giving him an innocent smile and leaning her head on his shoulder.
