I am incredibly sorry for not updating. I didn't have the time to proofread and write more chapters for this story, but I'll try my best to do so whenever I am free. For now, I hope you enjoy this chapter that I wasn't able to proofread, and I apologize for any mistakes. Thank you!

After the accident, a lot of things has happened. Quitting her acting career, not being able to walk, being in pain now and then - both physically and mentally. And, God, she's exhausted. What made her exhausted more are the therapies that she first thought weren't working for her; specifically the physical therapy. When she first entered the clinic, she was terrified because she cannot walk - not even stand, but Alex and Eliza still pushed her to try. So, she did. At first, she hated it; she despised every second of it, every massage to relieve pain before and after some exercises, exercises that made her walk using a cane of a crutch, some cold and warm therapies to ease her aching muscles - which probably is the last thing she hated, but she still hated it.

And now, she is back in that same room with her very supportive and patient physical therapist – Dr. Barry Allen.

"It's good to see you again, Kara!" Barry has become her close friend since he's the only therapist that can handle her stubbornness and her breakdowns.

"I can't say the same," she replied with a sigh as she sat on one of the seats. "I hate it here."

"Hey, I'm offended," Barry replied, preparing some of the accessories for today's therapy. "Anyway, just rest there for a while. I will prepare the stuff that we need. Today's just mild since you're starting all over again but I can't promise it won't hurt."

Kara pouted. "Everything we do here is just making me live in pain."

"Not true, it made you be able to walk without assistance."

Barry prepared everything and started massaging Kara's legs for a warm-up before the physical therapies start - the exercises.

"Careful," he said as they start with the exercises. Kara still struggled with the exercise as they pain her whole body especially her leg and hips. After a long period of time with a lot of physical activities, Barry helped Kara on her feet to cool her down and massage her muscles.

"That wasn't so bad, right?" Barry said before wrapping their session.

Kara shook her head and grunted. "It was the worst."

Barry chuckled and handed a crutch to Kara. "I know your leg will be sore when you wake up and you'll probably be limping around again so here, you left this during our last session. Don't push yourself, okay?"

Kara nodded, grabbing the crutch and using it to help her stand up. "Thank you for today."

"No problem! See you next, next week? Let's try to make it work every other week to help your body adjust before we go back to every week schedule," Barry said. "And you might wanna stay in bed for some time, too. It's getting pretty cold these days and that just means a little too painful."

Kara nodded and went outside the clinic, limping, and with the assistance of her crutch, made her way to Alex's car who immediately went out to assist her sister.

He sighed as he picked up the document on his table, rubbing his temples in frustration. He knows that he's been in a lot of trouble during his time away from the people that kept him together, he went to bars, intoxicating himself for him to not hear all the bullshit that his mother has to say whenever he comes home. But he didn't expect that it would result in this. Yes, he looked for love from other women in the bar but it was all for him to be distracted. He thought everything is great - now that he's back and he's near to Kara whenever she needs him. But earlier, something happened.
