Description: The user can absorb, store, and then project electricity. The accuracy of the electricity increases with the amount outputted. The user is very resistant to electrical shocks, but if they go over their limit they will start twitching.
Specific Drawbacks of Overuse: Twitching, inability to control muscles, temporary inability to use quirk.
Support Equipment: A rubber suit that only allows electricity in and out through the gloves. The suit also provides impact protection with special padding.
