A/N: This is definitely a deviation from the norm of me just posting quirks, but I wanted to share the idea of Team HAZARD with you guys, gals, and non-binary pals. I might write a little short story about these guys training with 1-A in the future. Let me know if you guys like this kind of thing.

Team Name: Team HAZARD

Team Members: Pigstick (Quirk: C4), Pyro (Quirk: Napalm), Galvan (Quirk: Capacitor)

Description: Team HAZARD was formed by Pigstick and Pyro as a team dedicated to operating in hazardous environments, the purpose of the team is to be able to continue to save lives and combat villainy no matter the obstacles mother nature sends their way. Any prospective members of HAZARD need to be specialized to a certain kind of environment/quirk, such is the case with the newest member, Galvan, a hero dedicated to stopping electrical disasters and villains.

In certain, unrecoverable situations where they are fighting extremely dangerous villains in an extremely hazardous and damaged environment, Pigstick, the team leader, will declare "Condition Zero", giving his team full permission to disregard the normal requirement to preserve infrastructure and the lives of villains. Condition Zero is only declared once all civilians have been evacuated from the area, after which Team HAZARD will fully desteoy the area and any villains within with their quirks as quickly and as thoroughly as possible.

Condition Zero has yet to be used, but its mere existence has sparked some degree of public outcry. When questioned on why his team would be willing to destroy public and private property to kill a villain, Pigstick responded by issuing the following statement: "Condition Zero is only to be issued when all civilians are evacuated, and the villain we are fighting poses such a threat to society that anything but their most certain total destruction would be unacceptable. In the face of such a threat, the only thing that matters is the destruction of the villain, lest they escape and go on to cause far more harm than Condition Zero ever could."
