Quirk Name: Nuclear Heart
Quirk Type: Mutation
Description: A biological fusion/fission reactor takes the place of the user's heart. This allows the user to project energy from their body. The user can survive solely on water since that is all that is needed for the fusion reaction. The fission reaction can happen with a wider range of fuels, but is more radioactive.
