Quirk Name: Total Recall
Quirk Type: Emitter
Description: The instant before the user would die, their quirk takes total control of their body down to the atomic level. The quirk then repairs the user's body back to before they took the lethal damage, but no further than that. The repair is not instant and takes longer the more damage needs to be repaired.
Specific Drawbacks of Overuse: Amnesia, hallucinations
Note: The user can still feel as long as their nerves and brain are intact.
A/N: I'll be using this one. Also, since the quirk doesn't flush poisons from your body, you'd have to wait for them to be flushed out naturally.
