Quirk Name: Time Wave
Quirk Type: Emitter
Description: The user can output "waves" from the palms of their hands. Anything hit by these waves is frozen in place, the duration they are frozen for is determined by the strength of the wave. Anything done to a frozen thing will affect the frozen thing after they are un-frozen. The wave affects everything, meaning that living things frozen will be unable to think, see, breath, etc., however they won't need to do any of those things either. With training the user can select what they want to be frozen, allowing them to freeze everything except the air, meaning they can attack opponents without having to use the quirk at point blank range.
Specific Drawbacks of Overuse: Numbness in the hands, eventually temporary paralysis in the hands.

A/N 2: So imagine somebody uses this only on your chest, your heart and lungs don't function but your brain does, death of oxygen deprivation. Do it on your brain and the rest of your body isn't being told to function. Also, imagine you freeze a guy, and then just hit him with a giant ass hammer, then the quirk wears off and he gets fucking yeeted for no apparent reason.
