Description: The user can create two oval portals anywhere they can see. The user cannot move the portals. The portals are 7' tall and 3.5' wide.
Specific Drawbacks of Overuse: Loss of control of the portals.
Support Equipment: Dodgeballs to be dropped through portals and then shot at villains.

The user drops a dodgeball or other projectile through the two portals to build up speed and then shoots it out at a villain.
