"What?" He asked with a confused look but I just laughed it off and motioned him to sit.

I didn't want to look too affected by his story even though I was. So I tried acting as if I didn't just shed a few tears and almost kill his mom and stepmom inside my head.

"Okay now that the heavy stuff is out and you're not that drunk, should we talk normally?" I asked as I sat on a wooden bench, not really knowing how to ease the atmosphere.

"Taehyung-"
"Okay okay, let's play a game." I said enthusiastically, cutting him off. He just sighed and nodded.

"We'll ask each other some questions and give honest answers to them." I stated, earning another uninterested nod from him.

I tried to hide my frown and continued,
"Okay, what do you do in your free time?" I asked as I looked forward, witnessing a tadpole jumping on the grass.

"I paint." His uninterested expression turned into a happy one as he spoke.

"Wait this art thing is serious? I thought you painted your room cause you were bored or some shit." I looked at him in surprise.

"You really thought I'd spend my money on all those paints just because I was bored? Damn get a life." He made a tsk sound and picked up a twig from the ground.

"I already have a fucking fantastic life." I snapped back.

"Tell me about your art. Are you actually good at it or is it just a way to pass your time?" I teased, earning a death glare from him.

"It's some serious shit, Taehyung. I really love art." He said, twisting the twig from the middle, almost breaking it into two.

"Then why don't you consider it as something serious? I mean, you can just become an actual artist. Fuck the fashion designing if you don't like it."

"That's not how it works, Taehyung. It needs some planning and a lot of hard work. I don't know if I'm ready to be a professional yet." He threw away his distraction, the two little twig pieces on the ground.

I nodded in understanding and stared at his face, admiring the handsome features that I hadn't seen in days. I couldn't get enough of it anytime soon and it did mean I was interested in him.

"Your turn." He looked at me as I said.
"Ask me something."

He looked somewhat hesitant at first but asked anyway after thinking for a good minute.
"Have you ever liked someone?" He asked in an unsure tone.
"As in, like like."

"Yeah." I smiled as I stared at him with the most satisfied look ever.

"Who?" He was tapping his feet in an irregular rhythm.
I chuckled slightly, there was no way I was gonna tell it to him too soon.

"That's a secret, bunny boy." He rolled his eyes and looked away from me with a pout. How I wanted to kiss that pout away...

"How do you know if you like someone?" He questioned, eyes focussing on me.

"Wow that's- I mean, it could depend. Sometimes you might feel your heart fluttering even at the mention of the person and sometimes you might get relaxed and calmed if something's related to them in any way." He simply nodded and fell into deep thinking, leaving me in confusion.

I remembered all of those times Jungkook made me feel those emotions. It made me wonder if he felt the same. Did his heart flutter too every time we were inches apart or was this some sappy one sided love story?

"Okay my turn. Embarrassing memory." His eyes squinted as he answered the question,
"When I was drunk and wouldn't stop clinging to you." He looked away in embarrassment as I looked at him wide-eyed.
