It was after school. The end of another series of lessons and food. Emma was already home and in her room. The questions bothering her constantly. But she couldn't put her finger on what exactly the question is. Or why her brain is focusing on it so much. Maybe it was her vivid imagination. Maybe it was stress from school or everyday life. But she didn't feel satisfied with those two options. She knew there were more. But there wasn't.
She already had her last meal of the evening. She had a roast diner today instead of Sunday. Because on Sunday her family were too busy with work, hobbies, friends. So they had it on a Thursday. Because then they had time. Her mother was a full time nurse and her father works in the school in another town. So they didn't have much time for each other anyways.
Now the sun was getting dim and the moon was getting back the attention it deserves. It was a full moon today, which made Emma glad. She liked looking at the moon. It relaxed her. But she felt like it wouldn't help her tonight. But here was the moon. A beautiful a ray of yellow and white shone through the window. Making her room gain light. But she still wasn't tired, neither did she have the energy to stare at the moon. She had no energy at all. But was it because of those questions? Or was it something else pulling her asleep?
