'Is she a witch?' a constant question in her head. The small jars, herbs and spices and the cottage in the middle of the forest. Also the emerald situation. That made the woman suspicious, but now Emma was certain. This made more sense in her head. Then she remembered it's a dream. Of course it's a dream. A beautiful forest, a cosy cottage, A WITCH!
Sooner or later, Emma was lost in her thoughts. Till she heard the fragile wooden door slam against the wooden frame. There she was. The emerald eyed, witch. The woman still look concerned. Which made Emma think of her mum, and how much she missed her. "What if she is your mother?" That question boomed in her head. But she pushed it away, it was stupid. "Don't fight it " the woman said. now with a still expression. She wasn't a psychic. She was sure. Was it visible? Is this why Oliver and her parents were acting so weird? " I said to not fight it" a fierce tone appeared in her voice, the aromatic deepness appeared. Intimidating Emma, again. Emma rolled her eyes while sitting back. Why should i listen to her? She is just a random stranger from her imagination.
"I'm just trying to help you. You blacked out, didn't want you to black out in your own house. It's not like we haven't met before Emma" a smile appeared on her face. She knows my name...
How does she know my name? We have never met. Definitely not. She has never been to a proper forest. Let alone this small of a cottage. What if it was her actual mother? But that's what she looks like in her dream... Why was this so complicated for Emma. She just wanted to live in a perfect world of her imagination. Not. This.
There was a long silence. Emma was just thinking and the woman was just looking around. Not like she lives there. Till the woman said, " You might not remember me. You've spent a lot of time here. Seems like you have problem coming out" What did she mean? "You do know me. But we haven't met purposefully. I knew you since forever you know. I forgot to say my name how rude of me. It's Beatrice. Beatrice Sickle"
Emma raised a brow. We haven't met purposefully? What is that supposed to mean? but she recognized the name. Was it a teacher? A neighbour? Who? It's not like Emma could ask, it was too late for that
