Chapter 1- tell him

I was sitting in between Reggie's legs on the bed wearing his jersey with his hands wrapped around my chest when a commercial came on the TV it was a baby diaper commercial. Reggie said to me remember when you told me you were pregnant a year ago and I said I wasn't ready to have kids and I told you to get an abortion. I looked at him like he was crazy but he continued talking It would be nice if we had a kid now. I just exhaled, in shock and started thinking about RJ and started wondering should I tell him. I went to the bathroom to think and started saying to myself maybe I should tell him or should I just leave it alone, no I should tell him, I was going to tell him now. I went back into the bedroom and sat back down on the bed and said that's funny that you would say that because what would you say if I told you that we already have a son together. He said what are you talking about? Baby What I'm trying to say is what you would say if I never had an abortion and I had the baby and gave it up for adoption. You're lying right please say that what you're saying isn't true. I shook my head yes. Again please explain when you said you didn't want the baby and you told me to get an abortion I didn't go through with it. I had the baby while you was away at training camp he was premature he was born 6 months early and he stayed in this hospital for 3 months until I could take him home I visited him every day while you were gone and when it was time for him to come home I gave him up for adoption to some friends of mine. He was flaming mad and he said WHERE IS HE NOW AND HOW OLD IS HE? He's in Houston Texas and he just turned 2 last month. Who are these friends of yours ummm Jessica and JT. They really wanted a baby so I gave them mines but they let me see him whenever I want it's like an open adoption thing. If you want I can take you to see him now if you want. OF COURSE I WANT TO SEE HIM, SO LET'S GO NOW AND JUST SO YOU KNOW THIS RELATIONSHIP HIS OVER.
