Well, it had been an interesting couple of days since Tohru started living with us, and I hate it. After revealing that I was a Half-breed accidentally, she's lost all kindness towards me. The only reason I think she hasn't tried to kill me yet is because of my sister. Leading to my current state as I sat up, popping my back slightly when I stretched my arms above my head.

F/N: Welp, time for another day of hell.

I thought, swinging my legs to the edge of the bed and getting up—a few rays of light shined through the curtains, illuminating bits of the darkened room. A couple of stray beams reflected off a metallic blade that now hung from my wall.

As it had turned out, the shiny thing in my closet was a holy longsword—particularly the one that I had pulled out of Tohru's back when we met. A bit more of that night had returned to me over the days, though it was still far from a complete picture. However, it did explain why a sword of God was leaned up in my closet.

Slowly walking over to it and ran my hand over its metallic surface. The blade hummed with magic, both holy and draconic in nature. My fingers brushed over the fresh magical seal placed upon its hilt. One of the things that made Nergigante, so 'dangerous' to everyone else was our ability to seal magic. Anything above inanimate objects took a great deal of power to seal, least as I was now. Though, the process by which this seal had been placed, as still one of the few things I can't recall from that night as I took a step back from the sword. Shaking my head a bit as the haze of sleep subsided, I glanced at the box mom had sent me, its contents still covered by the cardboard flaps.

F/N: I'll deal with you later, but first, breakfast.

I said, getting dressed for the day in a shirt and shorts along with the usual wake up routine, I stepped out into the living room. The aroma of cooking hit my nose from the kitchenette, seeming Tohru had woken up early again, which had become more of the norm the last few days.

Quietly, I watched her work for a bit, a smile adorned her face as she focused on her task. In any other circumstance, I'd say she looked cute when she worked. However, the reason why I didn't was apparent as she sniffed the air, her smile instantly turned into a frown as she turned over to look at me dead in the eyes.

Tohru: Morning, Half-breed.

She said with disdain in her voice that stung like a hornet's sting. Flinching slightly, I walked over to the couch and picked up the remote.

F/N: Morning, Tohru.

I said, trying my best to sound joyful about seeing her. She however, just huffed and got back to her work. Sighing softly, I started to flip through the channels aimlessly. Only the food sizzling in the pan and the random voices from the Tv filled the room for a while. The air growing thinker as subtle glances began to be traded, the harshness of which vanished from the dragon as my sister stepped out her room.

Tohru: Good morning, Miss Kobayashi!

Kobayashi: Morning Tohru, morning F/N.

She said groggily, the woman taking a seat at the kitchen table, a small yawn sounding off from her.

F/N: Morning Sis. So, what's for breakfast today Tohru?

I asked, shutting of the TV and tossing the remote aside as I settled in next to my sister. Tohru n the other hand just looked back with an unamused look.

Tohru: Nothing you're going to-

Kobayashi: Tohru.

She said in a stern tone that made the dragon stiffen before speaking, a chuckle erupting from me as the dragon turned back while speaking.
